Our stay was truly unforgettable. This is hands down the best place we've ever been to. Every single staff member we interacted with was kind, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. I have several food allergies, and from the moment we arrived, I felt incredibly cared for. The staff happily customized meals for me, even preparing special pancakes at breakfast that weren’t on the menu, something that made me feel truly seen and appreciated. A huge thank you to our amazing coordinator, Yafreisi, who made it his personal mission to ensure my family and I had everything we needed. He was attentive, kind, and always there with a smile. Restaurant and buffet staff all brought such great energy. They were funny, personable, and still incredibly professional. Dining was a joy thanks to this team. The culinary staff was so warm and accommodating, even when my family, who can be a little particular, had special requests. What could have been awkward felt completely relaxed and enjoyable, thanks to the staff’s understanding and kindness. Every detail of our stay felt thoughtful and personal. We left feeling not just satisfied, but genuinely grateful. Thank you to the whole team for creating such a special experience. We can’t wait to come back!

Another great experience at Secrets Royal Beach
We just wrapped up a 7 night stay. This is our 4th visit here and this one didn't disappoint as always. We are UVC members so we frequently go to Secrets Resorts. We were not Preferred on this trip but it didn't really matter much. Our UVC rep Reuben started us off with a very nice free room upgrade. The room was a swim out that shared the pool with two other rooms. Very nice and conveniently located to all the pools, beach, and restaurants. We ate at all the Secrets restaurants but our favorite was by far Himitsu. The service by Rafael and Jesica was outstanding and the food was delicious. We did not do the hibachi and did a regular table but we ordered the Mixed Tappenaki which was just like eating at the hibachi. Can't say enough about Rafael and Jesica. We split our time between the beach and the pools. Both were amazing. Beach vendors roam around but we politely say no and they left us alone. At the pool, special shout out to the best server Lady. She always kept our drinks full and made great drinks. We ventured over to the Dreams side every night for pre-dinner drinks. We loved the large entertainment area over there and it was quiet and peaceful for a couple of cocktails before dinner. We had two amazing servers that greeted us with a smile every night and made us some drinks. Marilyn was amazing and so was Yafreicy Romano. They worked at the Interlude main bar. Can't say enough about both of them. We loved our stay and definitely will be back!

Pool experience
Had a fantastic week at the resort. Spent all day at the pool and our server Lady ensured we always had cold drinks. She provided excellent service and had many drink recommendations. It is service like this that makes these trips memorable. Thank you Lady!!

First timer! Will definitely return!
Every aspect was amazing from the room to housekeeping, from the restaurants and bars to the pools and beach, it was definitely all inclusive. This resort was all about CUSTOMER SERVICE. They did everything they could to make us feel like VIPs. I will definitely return.

I just got back from Secrets Royal Beach celebrating three milestone birthdays in 2025. What a beautiful place this was! The people that work there were a big part of having such an amazing trip! Angel,we miss you more 😂 and Alex who made the best mojitos both kept us laughing everyday when hanging out by the pool. Taking dance lessons and aqua Fitness with Christopher was a blast! The staff in the restaurants go above and beyond and give their guests the best vacation experience. I would definitely go back to this Resort and recommend it to anyone! Make sure you give Carlos the cat a little pet😻
