Hotel Spring Break Policy - Student Groups (Spring Breakers) are not permitted at Hotel. student group consist of those that travel without parent supervision or a responsible adult in each room. A great resort to unwind and relax! Fantastic service, excellent food & beverage, a first class experience all around! The staff were very accommodating and attentive to our needs. The restaurants gave us an opportunity to dine somewhere different every night! Even the Queen Tribute Show was a great experience! We will definitely be back!

Very nice adults only very quiet
Very nice stay bartenders were great spa was awsome. Food was good pool activities and dj's were fun. Rooms were large and comfortable. (Big Do not let them talk you in to the welcome package time share pitch) was a waste or time super hard sales pitch

Dec 22, 2024Secrets / Breathless Rivieria Cancun Dec 2024 trip
Our trip was fine however we probably won't go back to this resort. We originally booked Breathless side (rm 3423) and after 4 days we transferred to Secrets next door so we could sleep. Breathless side is the party side of both resorts. Secrets rm 3309 was a fantastic room upgrade. Beach isn't great at this location. We could never get pool chairs on Breathless side.

December trip
A great place to go with friends! The resort is beautiful and the staff was incredible. Everyone was SO nice. Our first meal was at Picante, and sadly we did not like it all. Other than that, the food was good. The drinks were not strong, but we asked for doubles on most drinks. Overall, we had an incredible trip and would recommend!

Gem within Cancun Riviera
Beautiful location and best access to amenities and beach without too much distance between all places. Good food and great staff. The entertainment was fun and every staff member was very friendly and helpful. It was a surprise find in the Cancun area.
