Had a great experience! We went right before they are closing to renovate. You would never know they were about to close by the attentiveness of the staff. They were first rate! The food was excellent for an all inclusive. Loved their beach and pools. I am excited to go back after their renovations.

Great Hospitality
Beautiful resort with breathtaking beaches. Food was good. My only complaint was there was no alcohol serves until 10am. We missed having our morning mimosa with breakfast. Hospitality was great. Especially, Memo who did water aerobics and bracelet making. He was so friendly and went out of his way to get to know people. Always professional and has a smile on his face.

The staff are what make this resort. They are all so friendly and fun. The entertainment team especially Fernanda who made my birthday extra special are wonderful. Shout out to Memo Jesus Juan and all the countless others who made our week by the pool so much fun. The waitresses by the pool and beach are wonderful and work really hard. Great service by Eugenia, Jasmine ,Rosa ,Katie and the countless others and all the staff in the restaurants especially David Seaside Grill, Louis , Philippe too many to count all wonderful people! The food was good and plentiful. The rooms could use new pillows and a general upgrade. The furniture in the Rendezvous at the pool was very uncomfortable and we did not find enough seating outside at night unless you went by golf cart up to restaurant area. The pool furniture and beach furniture also needs an upgrade and more of it. Unless you arrived at the pool or beach before 7 -730 you could not find seating. The beach needs washrooms closer by and a bigger shaded bar area and more chairs and umbrellas. The beach is beautiful. Made our stay memorable. I am not sure Iwould return to this resort but would definitely visit this area again.

Girls Just Wana have FUN 🤩
Celebrated my daughter’s 21st Birthday who had a Blast! The Entertainment staff: Sebastian, Memo, Jesus, Carlos and Felix did an AWESOME job … they kept my girls laughing and entertained everyday with GREAT energy and smiles 😃 we will be back!!! Blessings & Love ❤️ to all who served us…

Relaxing Vacation
We had a fantastic time here. We stayed in a preferred room and enjoyed breakfast at Oceana. We ate at all the restaurants,food was good. Louis was our favorite waiter . A very special thank you to chief concierge Diego Rivera and the preferred club staff who were there when we needed them. Pool consigners Martha,Alex and Jamie did a great job keeping seats available.
