I cannot say enough amazing things about our stay at the Secrets Playa Mujeres! We went for 7 days and everything was perfect. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the beach was sandy and beautiful, the pools were spacious and had no issues getting loungers and the food was delicious with many options even as a vegetarian. The entertainment team was the absolute best! Thank you Bryan, Jesus, Carlitos, Juan, Enrique and Felix for making the trip so much fun! And thank you to Julio for always keeping the drinks flowing at the swim up bar! I will most certainly be back!

Excellent Experience!
Just got back from an amazing 10 days at Secrets Playa Mujeres! What a beautiful resort. All of the staff are super friendly and helpful. Special shout out to our poolside waitress Eugenia who did a fantastic job serving poolside drinks and food. To Juan, Carlito, sexy Bryan and the rest of the entertainment team - thank you - such a fun, engaging group, To Victor and Julio at the poolside bar who always had a smile and joined in the laughter and fun….to Roque, Reuben, Eduardo and the others at Market Buffet for their amazing food and service….to our room keeper Patricia who kept our room spotless and stocked…to everyone else we dealt with….the staff are all amazing! The beautiful large pool was kept at a great temperature, the entire resort was kept spotless, there was always something going on and the live music each day - trumpet player; violin player; saxophone player; reggae band, Cuba sol group; rock band- was very very good. Food at all restaurants was delicious and we loved not having to make reservations! We even enjoyed room service a few times which was a bonus Lots of pool chairs and towels but we did have to reserve our chairs early in the morning…ocean was beautiful and clear with soft white sand. Our room had an ocean view a s was very spacious with a sitting area, big tv, rain shower head and jetted tub, robes, plenty of towels and a huge, comfortable king sized bed! While we splurged a bit to come to this resort, we feel totally spoiled and can’t wait to come back and see what’s in store after the renovations! Hopefully most of the amazing staff will return too! Thank you everyone!

Secrets Entertainment Team
We were impressed by the Secrets Entertainment Team, especially Brayan and Juan. They were nice, positive, and helpful. We had fun time joining daily activities with the support of the team. Thank you for such a good experience. See you next time!

Exceptional Hotel and Beach
Excellent resort! VIP service fr start to finish! Premium liquor for all, great selection of beer at pool. Restaurants were very good. Especially Asian - favourite! Loved the ribeye at Seaside Grill! Rooms were clean and well kept. Spa was great. Staff exceptional! Beach exceptional! Zero complaints. Highly recommend! 2 attendees that stood out: Pool concierge Jaime Legumes was very attentive and hospitality. Went out of his way to ensure we had a cabana and our chairs were dry from rain. Julio at pool bar was amazing! Always smiling and attentive to cocktail needs. I don’t like sweet and he tried his utmost best to make good cocktails with less sugar.

Great place for vacation
What a great resort. the food was outstanding. no reservations made it easy to get a table if you went at 5:45, 15 minutes before they open. the room was very nice with a great ocean view. the staff were all pleasant and made every effort to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. didn't get hassled about attending a Hyatt inclusive time share at all. went to Xplor for an excursion, even though it is quite a ride out there it was amazing. swimming in caves full of stalagmites, zip lining and water slide. it was quite busy but the place is well laid out. the underground expedition is truly amazing. overall the resort is top notch. i would definitely return.
