Our entertainment team of Ise Gabriela and Aranza were fantastic. Daniela was a wonderful aquafit instructors. Our service staff was great. The girls made us bracelets and dream catchers. We really loved the candlelight experience show. The French restaurant was our favourite.

Can’t wait to go back!
We were so impressed with Secrets Moxche. I loved the organic modern feel that is embodied both inside and outside. The food was delicious. The staff was friendly and patient as we practiced our Spanish. Amado up on the rooftop was a great waiter, and always had a smile on his face. He even made my last request of the brownie and ice cream “to go” so I could eat it on my way to the airport. Gabby and Jessica made us friendship bracelets and they were so fun! Danielle with the entertainment staff was also very nice. The grounds of the resort are beautiful and I love how it feels like a little downtown in the evenings. The restaurants often have a wait for dinner but there is always a taco stand and quesadilla stand outside of the restaurants which was amazing! I thought it was so hospitable how they provide essential oil bug repellant in the room! I didn’t want to leave and we will definitely be back!

Unparalleled
We have visited many Secrets and while we like them all for different reasons - Moxche quickly has become our favorite. We saw a lot of reviews regarding the beach being a problem and although it isn’t the greatest everything else about this resort makes the beach a non issue. The food and service were exceptional. we loved going to bamboo and having a drink listening to the live music while we waited for our table. We did the vow renewal on 3/22 and it is not to be missed. It was done on the beach and we were with about 6 other couples. The Shaman was so so wonderful and it was a beautiful and meaningful experience. Also highly recommend the Taco experience. Daniel was fantastic and was so thoughtful and provided us with not only an amazing culinary experience but we also learned so much about the culture. What we loved here was the ability to do as much or as little as we wanted. There are so many pools and so many options to either be super active or completely unplugged and chill. Speaking of active. I have to say that the entertainment team here is unparalleled. They have so many activities and options available to the guests and their entire team does a phenomenal job engaging. Aranza, Sergio, Gabby, Jessica, Daniela and Jose from the Entertainment Team really helped make our vacation extra special. Sergio and Aranza took extra time to ensure we were having a wonderful time and helped us plan our Taco Experience. The rooftop was always great and we LOVED Yesenia. She remembered our orders every time we went. We checked in at the Preferred Club and received excellent treatment from Daniel. In fact, he took great care of us throughout our visit checking in regularly. He also reached out prior to our visit. Benita at Suki was soooo good! We loved her! We are members of UVC and received the best service here of all resorts we’ve visited from David and Mercedes. We also received a sweet “special gift” from the Concierge staff - Beatriz, Alexa and Eunice - for my husband. We took this trip to celebrate his recent pilot training achievements and they surprised us with some small airplane gifts. He loved it. We tend to bop around a lot and not stay in one place so we dont always remember names but I will say that everyone here not only crushes professionalism but also has a magical way of making you feel like family. Truly exceptional. Sea Soul brunch on Saturdays is not to be missed and either are the pina coladas at the swing bar. Marketplace is excellent - all the restaurants are actually and we found this to be the best food of all AI’s we’ve been to. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. We can’t wait to return.

Everything was absolutely fantastic (food/grounds/staff) except for the fitness facility. It is the worst gym we have ever seen at a resort. If they would invest in their gym to compete with ALL the other resorts, this location would get the highest rating.

We were a little disappointed with this location. The buffet was surprisingly good but the other specialty restaurants were often hit or miss. Great spa. Poor poolside drinks. Great cafe. Not so great Preferred Club experience. Was hoping for a better experience overall.
