Amazing resort with great food and service. Need to enhance the butler service a little more if you pay for that on the Impressions side. All ocean view rooms are nice. The shows are fantastic! Activities staff keeps many things going if you want to enjoy them or just relax in all the awesome pools. Beach is very nice for walking and they are always cleaning it up and raking!! Spa is amazing and well worth it!! One downfall is the bourbon and wine selection with all inclusive. Not many upper scale choices. Wine cellar is great but you pay about $100 per bottle. Overall amazing resort with great service, food and activities!!

Excellent resort and staff.
Excellent resort, everything you need in 1 place. Staff could not be more helpful and friendly. Sergio was especially friendly and had great energy, he told us all of the activities and ensures we got involved. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Would def return!
One of the cleanest locations I've visited, and the pools were amazing which is good because we were there with a pool builders group! Zumba with Daniela and scuba with Edgar were some of the best on site entertainment people I've ever seen! He was so patient and the whole experience was incredible, and she brought the energy and upbeat attitude! The meals were overall great, my family loved SeaSoul so much we are there the majority of the time, the fish tacos were FABULOUS. The breakfast there was far superior... Delicious fresh fruit and that French toast... Yummmmm! Do not sleep on this resorts guacamole and pico de Gallo. Honestly didn't even need chips, it was good enough to eat with a spoon. Suliema in the coffee shop kept us going with chai lattes, and we didn't drink a lot but the mixed drinks were had were pretty tasty. We ADORED the cenote pools... The whole resort had an air of privacy and it was so beautiful. 11 out of 10 recommend.

Needed getaway
We missed our trip to Secrets Moxche in 2024 as I had a stroke and was hospitalized for a month .My wife cares for all my needs. She needed the trip. WE had a Preferred Club Ocean view junior Suite in Building #3 which is The Main building with most of the Restaurants and services. which helped as walking is still s struggle for me. My wife loves a cold drink and a chair by the pool. I don't drink and hate the sun. we both got what we wanted. Special recognition To *Karlita* and her helpers for wonderful prompt service remembering what we liked and having it waiting for us when we sat down.
