Jan 20, 2025A very relaxing experience
We had a great time at Secrets. From the reception staff at arrival and throughout the hotel, everyone presented as competent and helpful. The food was excellent, the room was comfortable and tidied every day. The entertainment at night was good and by midnight everything was silent which added to the sense of relaxation. The spa facilities were first class and a great place to go each day to truly unwind. Again, we found the staff at the spa very friendly and maintained high levels of cleanliness. Puurto Calero marina was a short 10 minute stroll away with a variety of restaurants to choose from. This added to the overall experience. We would definitely recommend this hotel to other adult couples looking to get away from it all, unwind and experience a truly relaxing break.

Fantastic Resort and Spa
Excellent holiday from the very first to the very last moment. Outstanding staff who were very professional, friendly and customer focused. Room was first class, immaculately clean and spacious. The restaurants were superb with high quality food and drinks.

I had an ok stay here. The hotel is very grand and the room was really lovely, spacious and neat. Some incredibly friendly and nice hotel staff, however others were a little icy and patronising at times. My main gripe was the food. I would not recommend eating at this hotel - to put it short the food was disgusting. You are better off walking down to the strip near by and grabbing something to eat there. Redeeming qualities include quick access to the surrounding mountains and coastline to walk along - very beautiful area. I also think the evening entertainment is incredibly outdated but perhaps it's because it's not targeted at my age range (20'-30s).

Top notch hotel
We stayed here for a 6 day get away for a 5 star hotel I found it great value for money the rooms are large and spacious the resort is well maintained and the staff were warm and attentive would recommend we stayed on the bed and breakfast option as the we like to dine out of an evening but the hotel offers a good selection of up market restaurants on site

Would highly recommend, amazing hotel
I'm quite a fussy eater but I have to say the quality of food was amazing. Something for everyone. The staff were very helpful, The room was very spacious and comfortable most of all spotless clean. The entertainment was just ok, this didn't bother us at all as it wouldn't be our highlight of our days. We had a late flight flying back home and requested a later checkout 3pm, this comes at a extra cost, we were probably a bit disappointed as past experience if the room wasn't booked was giving as a complementary, however no big deal, we would still highly recommend and will go back again.
