Being here was like experiencing a piece of Paradise. The staff served with a very excellent spirit. A very happy place and very accommodating to our needs. I definitely will return again to this beautiful resort. The staff expressed how great it was to work here. It showed in the service we received. Excellent!!!

Top Notch
My wife and I stayed from 11/11 - 11/15. Exceptional service. Entire staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. Grounds are beautiful. Food and drinks were plentiful and amazing, especially meals in Seaside Grill and Oceana...Keirin and Melvin will take good care of you!! Fidelina, Johany and Cesar kept the drinks coming by the pool as well!! Our butler Humberto was also great...he had a small cake delivered to the room for my birthday and being we were also celebrating an anniversary, arranged for the rose petals on the bed, champagne and the whole bit!! There was some rain throughout, but thankfully not all day. Big showers, comfy beds and even a hot tub on the balcony. Beach is very nice, but seems manmade. Good mix of guests, not overly loud, and good entertainment. Would definitely return and recommend!!

Amazing!
Amazing staff and entertainment. The resort was also very clean. The pool area was our favorite but the beach side amenities were also great with a lot of things to do. It was my husbands first experience at a resort and he fell in love! 10/10 would recommend.

A great place to stay in Punta Cana area
Rooms are well appointed. The bed is comfortable, and the shower is great. The grounds and beach are beautiful. The facilities are excellent. The food is OK but that is to be expected at a all inclusive resort. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful.

As an anniversary getaway this was a wonderful choice! Very clean, friendly, and accommodating. All the food was wonderful!! There is always something to do, and many excursions to choose. Our concierge was always available and helpful. Besides our anniversary, we also were celebrating a birthday on one of the days there, which they made very special. I would rate the whole experience as a 4.5. Some of the entertainment wasn't what we expected, and could use some work. The club is no longer there, even though it was listed online. We booked through an agent, the itinerary didn't seem to be in their records. That extra touch would kick it up a notch.
