    Specializing in pan-Asian fusion cuisine with a set menu at the Teppanyaki and à la carte specialties served at the table. Delicious desserts also showcase Asian ingredients such as green tea. Feel free to finish your dinner with an exquisite rice (sake) or plum (umeshu) liqueur.


    Ólio | Dinner 7pm – 10pm (winter) / 7:30pm – 10:30pm (summer)
    Ólio is a culinary treasure. Located in the upper part of the hotel and exquisitely decorated in a classic style with Renaissance influences, it serves a surprising choice of contemporary cuisine inspired by Mediterranean tradition.

    A few days away

    The hotel room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable with lovely pillows and covers , the only negative was that we could hear everything from the room next door , they were playing the tv loud till 3 am on both nights . The kind reception manager helped to move us to a different room. We enjoyed the spa and the breakfast was delicious, made a difference having hot coffee and milk bought to the table rather than out of a machine.

    Beautiful Hotel

    Beautiful hotel but could do with an update in places. Very friendly, helpful reception staff. Food in the main restaurant was amazing, did not rate the al carte option. No Toilets for when you were on the beach so had to come inside the hotel to use the bathroom. No beach towel exchange which I found surprising. The main restaurant was not open at lunchtime so limited choice in the snack bars. So sad to see the ugly empty hotels surrounding this beautiful hotel which must be effected by this view.

    Lovely Hotel

    This is a beautiful hotel located right on the beach. Easy walking distance into Corralejo centre or to the Dunas National Park. The hotel was very clean everywhere and the staff were excellent. We had a lovely room with beautiful sea views. Whilst the food in the buffet was very good and the breakfast selection excellent the negative for us was the lack of a vegetarian main course on the buffet. The kitchen was able to provide a very good main course which did not include meat but this had to be ordered as a special. We were disappointed that five star hotel could not provide a non meat dish on the buffet as other five star hotels we have been to.

    Oasis of calm and luxury

    Lovely hotel with spacious room and comfy beds. We had a junior suite with a pool view which was perfect We were B&B and the breakfasts were incredible with a huge choice and something for everyone As it was February, all the restaurants were not open every night but we would recommend the Japanese one in particular Lunches in the pool restaurant and the surf bar on the beach were also excellent Service throughout the hotel was first class from everyone. Reception, waiting staff, housekeeping , bar staff - all professional, helpful and friendly. Plus there were a lot of staff so service was slick at all time. The hotel itself was indeed an oasis as the pools sat right in the centre so hot the sun but not so much wind as the beachside. The "heated" pools could have been doing with a few more degrees up but still being used. All in all a great hotel

    Fabulous Hotel

    Fantastic hotel, excellent service, and very good facilities. We only used the pool twice as we travelled around the island most days, but we tried in a couple of occasions and the temperature was very pleasant. The Spa was wonderful and it was a delight to end up the days there. Beds are very comfortable, bathrooms spacious. We got and Ocean View room that I think it was worth every penny. Breakfast was fantastic, with very good quality foods. Service was impeccable, everybody we encountered was only too happy to assist with anything.
