A la carte restaurant
On there web page and all catalogues they say you got a choice of a buffet restaurant and 4 a la carte restaurants to choose from .When we stayed there only the buffet restaurant was open and 1 a la carte restaurant was open the other 3 were closed every night if you imagine all the guests trying to book a place in the a la carte restaurant we couldn't get in .After being to a number of secrets hotels this spoiled our holiday

All my initial concerns turned into the opposite - also the fitness offer is very comprehensive and different
I felt very comfortable as an 83-year-old solo traveler and treated with kindness and respect by the hotel staff, even if I didn't want to drink cold alcoholics - the first days of March weren't that warm. I was also offered an additional blanket yes even heating. My concern about going into the sea was also taken seriously and accompanied very kindly by the young lifeguard, so I was not afraid. My initial disappointment that you can't get from the beach to the sea turned into the opposite: It is pleasant to go down the stairs with railings into the sea and so also to come out again. Thank you for the lovely days.

A wonderful adults only stay on Fuerteventura.
A very positive experience in Corralejo. To begin with fantastic staff, we have not been able to discover anyone who did not treat the guests in a positively friendlier way. Very helpful. The location on the outskirts of Corralejo is fine. Quiet and right by the sea, close to the dunes. The town is easily accessible on foot (20min.). The restaurants are of a good standard. On the marketplace, for breakfast or theme night a huge qualitative choice. I must say that there is one small point of attention: the espresso and cappuccino at breakfast could be better. However, that didn't spoil the fun. We will definitely be back. Thank you all the staff, and especially the houskeeping that made our stay so pleasant:)

Almost across the board disappointing
This officially rated 5+~star hotel has unfortunately totally disappointed us after a great week on the neighboring island of Lanzarote! At first, the location in the middle of wrecked tourist ruins that totally ruin the surrounding area is simply unacceptable for a business of this category. The beach does not allow bathing and is unkempt (as apparently it is not the hotel, but the island administration), the two bridges to the sea were also inaccessible all week. The beach footpaths to the sandy beach about 30’ east or to the center also poorly maintained and not without problems for older pedestrians, because unlit in the evening hardly accessible, which unfortunately allows the search for a restaurant in the quite pretty Corralejo only by taxi: And these basic location shortcomings are topped by the fact that you want to enter the hotel's in-house restaurant businesses in vain, you have to book days in advance per evening, most in-house restaurants are rarely open, the staff serve once here and the next evening elsewhere, you save at the expense of the staff and guests! Nevertheless, as the only positive point: the staff generally friendly and accommodating! Overall, however, poor results for a Hyatt Group operation.

A truly relaxing stay, thorough recommended
A beautiful, relaxing stay. We booked a suite, with all-inclusive, which had a wonderful top (3rd) floor view of the beach. The service was outstanding, the attention to detail, responsiveness, professionalism and friendliness from all staff without exception was incredible. The room - admittedly a suite - was spacious, well equipped including large balcony with day beds and arm chairs, bathroom with twin sinks, jacuzzi bath and possibly the best shower we’ve ever had. Food was also amazing, in all there are 7 restaurants (not all open every day, and you have to book up to 3 days in advance for the ‘specialist’ ones). The outdoor pools were good (neither was that warm, but not cold either) and the service again amazing (for instance, drinks, but also if you went to move the parasol, someone invariably arrived to help). Also, no issues, with getting sun loungers at the pool or beach, there was always space. If we any negatives - no coat hooks in the bathroom for the supplied bath robes. And that about sums up our stay - really nothing to complain about in 2 weeks, just the creation of some amazing memories.
