Great resort for all inclusive! Friendly staff, clean and new rooms. Comfortable beds. Pools are perfect for all ages. Good is amazing and drinks are plentiful. Entertainment and staff made the vacation conference a perfect place to stay. Highly recommend

If you’re looking for a couple's getaway or an adults-only vacation, this place isn’t for you. Even though the adults only and family sections are separate, the common areas, restaurants, and pools on the ground floor are full of families with kids. If that’s not an issue for you, the hotel’s facilities are excellent—everything is very clean, and the service is Amazing. Don’t forget to stop by for sushi with Ernesto on the 6th floor—The Best. And if you are up for pampering yourself, get the Hydrating treatment and 80 min massage at the SPA... Amazing Experience!

Nice resort!
Very clean resort. Great pools. Beach not great, but that did not bother us because of the great pool options. Staff were very friendly and attentive. We stayed on the Secrets side but felt like we were at a Dreams. It’s not the resorts fault, it’s just the way the property is set up. Kids cross over a lot on the main ground level. If you stay in the Preferred area no kids around. This did not bother us at all, I knew when I booked this resorts kids would be around. Food was also very good at all the restaurants. We did get to see Whales passing by which was very cool! Overall we would go back.

Nov 18, 2024If don't have to stay then don't!
We booked two rooms for our family of four more than six months prior to our arrival. I was shocked to find that our rooms were not only unconnected and not close to each other, but they weren't even on the same floor! I had to stay with my daughter on the 4th floor, while my husband stayed with my son on the 7th floor. I expressed our dissatisfaction to the manager. The next day, I asked if we could use the pool on the 8th floor, but the same manager declined and instead tried to sell me a service. I told him that this was his chance to make up for the room mix-up, but his customer service was non-existent. Additionally, upon arrival, I found that the toilet bowl in my room was not clean and remained unclean for the three days of our stay. Although the stain was partly hidden under the rim, it made the toilet feel dirty and disgusting. Therefore, I do not recommend this hotel because, despite expressing our dissatisfaction clearly, no one took any action to resolve our issues. I informed the manager that I would write a negative review, and he acknowledged hearing me.

Best wedding venue
Beautiful place. Amazing staff. Hope to get there again someday. The food was outstanding, and there were so many great options! All of the pools were beautiful. Staff was always there to get you whatever you needed whenever you needed it! ☺️
