    Expected More - but not Dreams

    My husband and I went to the secrets hotel for our anniversary. We booked a club level ocean view Jr suite. As for the ocean view from our patio it was a very limited through the window that you were unable to see through. The soaking tub on the deck never turned off and never filled up so we were unable to get in it and the controls and not in the room so we had to go down stairs in the middle of the night to have it turned of or just try to sleep through it. The Dreams hotel it directly across from secrets the main pools and separated by bushes - on the beach the areas are separated by a volleyball court. The beach area is very limited - not a lot of beach. There are there two of the restaurants that are listed on web site the Mexican and Himitsu - where the Teppanyaki are both shared with dreams . We went to Secrets in Cabo- Dreams we never knew they were there. That was the bad.... The good was the food and all the restaurants were great. The service from all the staff was great. Our room inside was good. The club level pool area was good. We did enjoy ourselves but we will not be going back.

    El servicio fue excepcional todo el personal una maravilla y la comida ni se diga, exquisita Quisiera felicitar a la concierge Vanessa por hacernos sentir como en casa durante nuestra estadía en el hotel, muy atenta y cordial. Sin duda volveremos pronto saludos desde la CDMX.

    Excelente servicio

    El hotel tiene una arquitectura impresionante, muy lindo, las piscinas tienen una temperatura adecuada y el servicio es 10/10. La comida es muy buena y en especial Bluewater grill restaurant; nuestro mesero Frank nos brindó un excelente servicio, siempre al pendiente, rápido y delicioso.

    Great location, view and food was incredible great staff Shelia was incredible. Dancing was so fun in the pool . Resort life should always look like this !! Oscar was so great and so was Orin … the resort was such nice and the service incredible . Have the augus chike

    Awesome day

    Did a day pass and everything was wonderful. Wait staff was always checking if we had everything we needed. Entertainment was so fun. Food was very good. Highly recommend We ate at the Mexican place and was delicious. Everyone is so friendly.
