    Romantic dinner on the beach at Sscrets Akumal

    The romantic dinner is not only for couples! We had the romantic dinner on the beach at Secrets Akumal and it was wonderful. Attentive service by Mario and Luis, the sound of the waves over piping hot, perfectly cooked tomahawk surf and turf was a truly memorable moment that we shared with 2 close friends. I highly recommend.

    Must see!

    Very beautiful resort tucked half in the Jungle. Really enjoyed the layout of this resort. The pools were amazing. The beach is just stunning with turtles nearby to snorkel and see! Drinks in preferred club were all amazing! My favorite restaurants were Portofino and Himitsu.

    Solo trailer on my birthday

    Even know I went solo on my birthday. I felt I was with family. The staff pampered me and made me feel awesome. From the moment I arrived to my last seconds getting on amstar. I felt they went out of their way to make it a great stay..And the locals where friendly. Got to swim with the green sea turtles Amazing...Loved it. Would go again.

    Fun- Relaxation- and Luxury

    We were so lucky to experience this great resort to celebrate a milestone birthday! Secrets Akumal was one of the most beautiful places we had ever seen. Lush jungle foliage surrounded pristine buildings nestled in a protected ocean cove that allowed for days of gentle snorkeling and beach combing. The room was clean, the food delightful, the pools were plentiful and spaced out enough that guests could find either rowdy fun or gentle floating time. We enjoyed the spa offerings and were pleasantly surprised by the quiet luxuries that awaited us there. Ledey, our concierge and the entire staff went out of their way to make us feel special and celebrated. Special shout outs to: Gina from Entertainment Maximillian from Entertainment Carla from Entertainment Astrid from Spa services Sharon from pool services and the Cocoa Cafe Thank you all for making this trip one we will never forget!!

    Beautiful Resort

    Beautiful resort with great service. The beach and pool are great. The snorkeling is good. Overall I would recommend this resort. That said Maroma Beach and Cabo's Secrets resorts are held to a higher standard. This resort was 90% full while we were there but most times felt like it was 30%. Just a very quiet resort. If you like peace and quiet this is the one.
