The ocean was like bath water and a beautiful beach. The staff are extremely friendly and food was amazing! The atmosphere and layout is great and so many trails throughout the facility. I loved to see the wildlife in the jungle they have we’ll manicured .

Best Secrets resort we have ever stayed at. Everything was exceptional. We were Preferred Club members. Our room was beautiful, clean and had everything we might need. Our own concierge was a huge bonus. Laidi would text us daily with the day’s activities which was great. Always a smile and happy to assist with anything. We stayed in Bldg 3 which is close to beach. We didn’t use Preferred Club beach area as we much preferred the opposite end of beach. Less crowded and more sun! Alberto was our beach waiter who called us by name and was top notch. The food was fresh and we were never hungry. Top shelf liquor if you simply ask. So many specialty drinks to try. The pools were pristine and the perfect temp. Multiple hot tubs were a great option as the sun would go down in the afternoon. The fire oven pizzas poolside were excellent! We are early riser, so never had an issue with finding a place on the beach or by the pool. We went to the nightly shows, and they never disappointed. Great talent. I appreciated that all the activities in the evening were accompanied by delicious buffet food (but always different options). I cannot speak more highly of all the staff. It didn’t matter where you went or who you talk to. They were so friendly and you could tell they loved their job. We stayed five nights in January 2025. I would definitely go back!

Amazing resort, unbelievable beautiful, and amazing staff. Food was mediocre, but aside from that amazing. Great drinks, staff is super friendly and always there when you need them. The most beautiful place we have ever been to, and swimming with the turtles was amazing!

Amazing!
The quality of the food was amazing. There was a great deal of variety for even the pickiest eater. The staff was welcoming and friendly, willing to answer all questions and respond to all needs. Rooms clean and comfortable. The resort is beautiful and well-maintained. Will be back!

Just book it.
This place is top notch. We’ve done all inclusive before and this doesn’t feel all inclusive. It was high end food, drink, service, amenities all throughout the resort. The BBQ poolside daily was a highlight, plus the Coco Cafe 24 hours for coffee and gourmet snacks. We will 100% be back to this resort next year for our winter escape. The service was also beyond reproach.
