Feb 22, 2025Wow, just wow…Stunning and Pampering
Feb 9-15, 2025 winter annual trip with hubs and friends. Wow, just wow. Exceeded all our expectations. We arrived at 12:30pm and our rooms were ready dropped our luggage and went for lunch. Around 2pm went to the main pool found chairs and headed to the beach. Within 5 mins we were swimming with a turtle and ray. Our week was full of sun, sand, pool, excellent food and drinks and top notch service with a smile. The most friendly service I have ever experienced anywhere. The food blew us away as well. Just the pop up lunches alone… we didn’t do Preferred and didn’t feel like we missed out on anything. We still got a concierge, a pool concierge, mimosa cart, ice cream cart, fruit on a stick cart etc. We were pampered! Beach is stunning just like the photos. Shout out to Fernando our building concierge, Osuna our pool concierge, Francesco and Cruz our pool waiters, the Himitsu staff, the lobby bar bartenders all of them, and everyone else. These people made our stay wonderful. Can’t wait to return. Our new No.1 Resort in Mexico!!!!

A Fantastic Resort With Amazing Service
We had a fantastic stay here this week and 2 years ago. The service here is outstanding…I am celiac and they bent over backwards to make sure I had delicious food at every meal that was safe. The beds are very comfy with great pillows and the rooms are extremely clean. The property and gardens are lovely. Leidy was our concierge and worked hard every day to look after us. Baltazhar was a fantastic server in the Seaside Grill who looked after us every day and made us feel like we were the only people in the restaurant. Raul’s attention to detail in the Portofino restaurant is amazing. The only drawbacks for us was the amount of seaweed in the swimming area…and a long check-in process. The staff here know how to make your vacation here an amazing one ❤️

Great Resort!
Best service we have ever received on a vacation. Beautiful resort and beach area. Felt like the staff anticipated our every need. Had a swim out room and would highly recommend with the preferred package. Over all great trip and can't wait to return.

Absolutely seamless vacation experience
The staff were all amazing. Max and Isabelle who run the beach volleyball were fantastic. The beach and pool areas are great. The massage at the spa was one of the best I've ever had. Would recommend bringing a snorkel mask so that you can snorkel right off of the beach in front of the hotel -- saw two turtles, lots of fish, and coral without having to swim out far. 10/10 recommending and would go again.

Amazing work
Even though the food was amazing and bedspread was clean in the room the overall standard was exceptional. I believe each other should be treated as one person the people who I had contact with were pleasant people I felt comfortable with them
