New Year Vacations
In general, the experience at the hotel was very good variety and good food, only in some restaurants with long waits. The best restaurants, Manhattan, Big Ben, Agave. The rooms were large and comfortable and a very good option for snacks The creperia and Cactus We have a good celebration in the Pool Party for New Year 🥳🥳🥳

Choose a different resort.
This hotel does not deserve the 4+ stars it’s rated. The amenities we choose the hotel for were closed part or all of the time. The food made all family members sick. The smell coming from the hallways made us gag daily. The rooms were never properly cleaned, even after asked to be disinfected after we got sick. The noise on the side of the building with even numbers kept us up all night( emptying bottles, trucks coming and going, doors slamming). The pictures of the hotel were either taken 25 years ago, or were photoshopped heavily. The bar staff and entertainment staff around the pool were a shining light. Otherwise, it was memorable for the wrong reasons.

Beautiful Resort Marred by Widespread Illness
Nice place with yummy food, great rooms and friendly staff. However, the pool was pretty cold in December as it had no heating and the ocean waves are huge. The biggest problem was that everyone got sick with a gastro. Speaking with other guests it seems the virus was widely spread. Within a day of staying at the resort the sickness had ruined the vacation despite the precautions we took such as not drinking tap water or eating raw or spicy local cuisine. Unfortunately, the family was stuck in bed and couldn't enjoy the buffet.

Terrible food and service was awful all week
The hotel and room is fine but the food and service is terrible. Even the restaurants that line up are very poor quality food. The service is way below expectations and there are far too few chairs at the beach. Spend your money on a better place. This is a very poor all inclusive

Great Family Spot
Great beach, great food, great service. The beach was awesome. White sand, water was phenomenal. The buffet was top notch 3 meals a day. Good variety of restaurant options. Room was very comfy with an awesome ocean view. The staff were all super friendly and the hotel was very classy. Very good value for the cost in my opinion.
