Semaine presque parfaite à part les transports en autobus. Nous étions avec Air Canada et sommes atterris à Tulum. Pourquoi Tulum et non Cancun qui était plus près de notre hôtel??? 2h50 d'autobus pour se rendre et 2h45 d'autobus pour revenir. Ça n'a aucun sens. On remplie l'autobus avec différents hôtels, ensuite on fait la run de lait, on arrête partout. C'est interminable. C'est de valeur parce que l'hôtel est vieillot mais propre, la bouffe, super, tant au resto à la carte qu'au buffet. Que dire de la plage....wow!!! Probablement que nous n'y retournerons pas à cause des transports en bus interminables à moins que nous atterrissions à Cancun et que le transport terrestre se fasse en mini- van avec moins d'arrêts.

Me parecio muy bueno el espacio spa de mar y la atencion de brayan muy amable tambien y nos enseño paso a paso como proceder a todo. Tambien nos ofrecio algo de beber durante cada paso y muy atento tambien. Les recomiendo venir a conocer el espacio

La mejor atención de brayan en el spa del mar del hotel sandos playacar , muy atento y dedicado en el circuito ya que era nuestra primera vez y nos explicó y estuvo con nosotros en todo el circuito. Pasamos un momento de relajación total en el spa junto a ellos

Un desastre 4 días sin Aire Acondicionado y sin Agua en el Inodoro y no nos dieron ninguna respuesta ni cambio de habitación. Hicimos el reclamo en el metting point, vía chat, presencial en el lobby central y nada. Teníamos pensado contratar una membresía pero no lo vamos hacer

The truth is the best hotel I have ever been to, good service, nice beach, very good cleanliness, very good food, the beach is very nice and the water is clear, there are many activities to do, the cafes are very good, the vip area is super dad, very good restaurants, the alcoholic drinks super deli, go 👍🏻
