    Would not return or recommend, nicer resorts in area

    Traveled with family of 10, 2 young children.. PROS.. Lovely landscaping Lots of pool/beach chairs in shade Entertainment shows good CONS Rooms large but no dressers for clothes Rooms somewhat cleaned No shelf in shower for your toiletries, must keep on floor, hotel has limited toiletries Drinks very sugary, bottom shelf alcohol No soy or almond milk, no tofu Vegan/vegetarian options very limited..asked multiple people, just no sorry Staff use same tongs for raw meat and cooked meat when grilling Lots of broken metal locks on doors throughout with sharp edges left Stairwells dark Elevator not working in family section..if you are on upper floor with stroller or mobility issue, very difficult Shuttle swrvice small and inconsistent Pool bathrooms old and always dirty Would not return or recommend, have been to nicer resorts in area

    Spring Break 2025

    We had a great time traveling with family and friends for spring break! The resort is beautiful! Beach was fabulous some seaweed some days but overall beautiful. Was very windy so tough to enjoy but gorgeous. Pools were great we explored all non adult only/RE areas. Hit or miss on the pool bar by the beach we couldn’t quite figure out the hours. Others were awesome! Manuel at the beach pool bar was fabulous and made the best coffee shots! Food options were plenty and everyone found something. Similar to other all inclusive resorts we have been to. Spa was fabulous, highly recommend! Joel - our concierge with guest services was amazing and so helpful. Checking in with us multiple times a day, setting up reservations for a couple group dinners and helping us out when we needed. He was amazing! Overall we loved our vacation!

    Will certainly go back

    Gorgeous resort with a very friendly staff. Shout out to Samuel in the adult breakfast Buffett, Alex in guest services (who also did a fantastic water color drawing of us), Eyter and Lore also in guest services who made our experience ideal. Great restaurants with the Italian one being our favorite

    The Spa is Amazing

    The spa was the highlight of my trip! I went four times, whoops! Jorge, was my favourite and always did an excellent job leaving me feel completely refreshed and relaxed. He is very professional and skilled. I couldn’t recommend him enough. I’ll be back next year!

    Everyone gets sick

    Family of 12, four separate rooms, all ate at different restaurants, yet EVERYONE got sick. It started on Day 2, and ruined the rest of our week long vacation. Spent thousands of dollars for a vacation that was ruined. Beaches are great, never had a problem finding an open chair, but too many of the areas and pools require a special upcharge badge.
