Sandos Finisterra is our favorite place! Alberto and his staff at Tortuga make you feel at home and the food and service is impeccable! Norma, Carlos and Gabriel make pool days the best days! Ishmael at the members’ pool and Francisco at the lobby bar make the best drinks and even better conversation! The entertainment ladies, Yuki, Carmen & Eve are so much fun! So many fun activities! They definitely make the trip memorable! From dinner reservations to reserving our cabanas to delivering our fish to be prepared for an amazing seaside dinner, Abraham is next level! The best butler around! Oh, and the churros are the best! IYKYK!

Outstanding Service
Alberto at Tortuga gave us a fantastic dining experience. He was welcoming and experienced with his knowledge of food and drinks. The recent menu upgrades of premium beef and sides were appreciated. Alberto's service along with the wait staff was above and beyond. We look forward to our next vacation at Sandos.

WONDERFUL RESORT
I highly recommend this resort. The people (Jazmine, Luis, Mario) all excellent! Everyone is friendly, resort is super clean and people and food is exceptional. I can’t say I have been to many resorts where I can rave about how good the food is. The bartender in the Elite bar within the lobby makes the best cocktails!

We spent 5 days relaxing with friends. We mostly stayed at the resort but we also explored the marina and the city.
The resort is so beautiful and the staff is the friendliest and make it feel like a home away from home. We have been several times and will be back! Yazmin, Georgina and Ismael were great! The food at Tortuga Beach for dinner was terrific. We also really enjoyed the reserved pool beds.

Amazing staff!
We always love our time at Sandos Finisterra. The staff are amazing. We are members and eat breakfast at Emiliano’s every morning. Yazmin and Gina always take the best care of us. Carlos and Joel are amazing servers at the pool who usually are bringing us what we need before we even ask. We did the romantic dinner and Arturo was a very kind and attentive server who made our evening. Tortuga dinners never disappoint and I was happy to see they have made a few changes to their menu. Room service tacos cannot be beat and the Baja fish tacos at Agauve are amazing! My only complaint was that Fernando at the “family pool” insisted on turning up the music every time he walked by even after Carmen would adjust the volume and then walk around the pool to see if the volume was a good level. Some of the music was also inappropriate for a family pool. One song that he played every day had racial slurs and explicit lyrics of an adult nature. Save that type of music for the nightclub and keep it clean anywhere little children are playing. Iris made up our room every day and surprised us several times with towel art which we enjoyed seeing after a long day at the pool. Christina our butler was amazing, so attentive and kind. She was very organized and made our stay hassle free. Great job team Sandos! (Except Fernando)
