Horrible experience. Waited 25 minutes for a drink while 5 staff stared at us and then left the resort. Poor food and selection of food. Was told to buy my own coffee for the coffee maker. Antiquated shower with no water pressure whatsoever. Do not waste your money on this place.

The cottages definitely need a upgrade! Old and mo water pressure and no hotwater. We complained they changed a valve didn't do much for it. Nails sticking out of the wood boards on the decks that were rotten. Otherwise the staff were great! The cliffs beautiful but no beach.

Great experience for fun in the sun.
Our room was great with a beautiful view of the sea. Being a smaller resort, the food was so much better than a large resort where they cook for thousands of people. The staff are super nice and helpful. They provide a shuttle service to the beach and back daily which is really nice. We were able to go to the beach at the sister resort (Legends) and our arm bands allowed us to eat and drink there as well without cost.

Samsara, home from home
We recently enjoyed our 7th stay at Samsara. Immediately we were treated as regulars by Jennifer at the front desk. Our room was on the sea view side, which came with a couple things needing maintenance. Jennifer was quick to have these resolved asap, I was very surprised as they were repaired the same day. The property was looking fabulous after the rough seas of last year. (We stayed here while negril had soaring waves crashing over the sea wall and damaged half the vegetation on the property) Props to the crew of George, Melvin and the team. We stay on a European plan however eat the occasional meal and drinks from the bar. The cooking was on point by Georgina as always, serving staff very helpful and polite. Shout out to Tina at the bar for always having a smile on her face and quick service! Junior and Ryan were always on time for shuttles and rides when asked, they always deliver! Rooms and cleaning was done by noon each day, always had what we needed. Thank you to the housekeeping crew! Glad to sea cooperated for us to do snorkeling right from the cliffs - barracuda, dolphins and more right from the cliffs! Negril and the west end is such a vibrant, growing town we are already planning our next trip. Thank you to all the staff at Samsara for always being so inviting, helpful and making us feel at home.
