Hotel Overview
Hotel Samsara is a full-service Negril hotel with swimming pools, restaurant, bar, spa services, sun terrace, PADI scuba center, and games room. At Samsara, the pool is oceanside, offering fabulous views of the Caribbean Sea.
There is a free shuttle twice daily to Hotel Samsara's sister hotel, Legends, where guests have exchange privileges at both hotel facilities, including all-inclusive food and domestic beverages! The hotel is very spacious with large sundecks carved into the cliff and easy access to the sea for swimming, snorkeling, and scuba diving via steps and ladders just like getting into a swimming pool.
Hotel Samsara has an on-site Scuba Center for your convenience and fun. The Marine Life Diver's Scuba Centre offers scuba diving lessons and PADI certifications. Once certified, you can dive right off the spectacular cliffs and take boat excursions and night dives.

Great place to stay on the cliffs! Water is excellent with nice ladders to climb out after jumping off the cliff. Bar is open at 10 and drinks are very consistent between bar tenders. Tina is an absolute SMASH of a bartender, she's high energy and always has a smile. She's fantastic and really makes this place work! Restaurant is open in 2 hour blocks for breakfast, lunch, and supper. Food is really nice, especially supper. Breakfast is cooked to order, lunch is basic, supper is great! They do not have towels for the pool or laying out areas like most other resorts, so be sure to bring your own. Pretty decent Italian restaurant across the street and a small convenience store down the road with everything you will ever need. We definitely recommend this place! Kevin, Lissa, and Matty.

Not my first or last trip here
This wasn’t my first trip to Samsara, and it certainly won’t be my last. From the moment you step onto the property, you’re enveloped in a magical atmosphere that’s hard to describe but impossible to forget. Surrounded by the stunning natural beauty of Negril, it’s the perfect escape for anyone looking to unwind and reconnect with nature. The property has breathtaking ocean views, lush greenery, and a peaceful ambiance that makes it feel like your own private paradise. Whether you’re lounging by the pool, exploring the cliffs, or simply enjoying the tranquil vibes, Samsara has a way of making you feel at home while offering a unique slice of paradise. The staff are incredibly welcoming and go above and beyond to make sure your stay is unforgettable. Their warmth and hospitality truly set this place apart. If you’re planning a trip to Negril, I can’t recommend staying at Samsara enough. It’s a destination that stays with you long after you’ve left, and I can’t wait to return again.

No Place Like It ~ It's Home
We have been staying at SamSara for close to 30 years now ~ It's our Negril "home" ~ you know the minute you're dropped off, you are guaranteed a great time. The friendliness of the staff, from the Front Desk (Jennifer) to the Gardners/Maintenence (Melvin & George) you are in good hands. Mornings spent sitting on our balcony, sipping coffee & Rum Cream can't be beat ~ the fact, that they know Room 214 is our favorite means alot. The bar staff is always ready to serve ice-cold Red Stripe & an occasional "foo-foo" drink as you lose yourself in deep thought while listening to Reggae tunes...Tina, Kimmy & Marcia rock!! Speaking of rocking, there's Georgia who makes the best omelets each & every morning ~ always with a big smile. Dinners are served with soup, salad & the best dinner rolls ~ Stew Beef, Jerk & BBQ chicken, Rasta Pasta, Pan Fried Snapper are some of our favorites. One evening, the chef even made us Beef Patties, what a treat!! Care to relax? 3 pools are available for swimming & my favorite, just floating. The gameroom, with pool table & ping pong come in handy on a rainy afternoon or just to get out of the sun. As always, the free shuttle to Legends is available for those days when you need your beach vibe. Personally, we're cliff dwellers & love the neighborhood around SamSara. Daily afternoon visits to the No Limit for a couple cold ones, some "hot" dominoe action & just chatting with the locals make for a great experience. Yes, SamSara is where it's at ~ Big shout-out to Nestor & is crew (Powder, Peter, Rasta, Andy, Pauline, Merlene, Kenrick & I'm sure I'm missing some...sorry) Looking forward to more visits in 2025 ~ One Love until then.

Heaven on earth
Samsara is truly a hidden gem. My family and I stayed here in October and were very impressed by the beauty of the resort and how attentive the staff were. From amazing food , to incredible recommendations by the team as well as the amazing location and scenery , you really can’t go wrong. My favourite part of my stay was understanding how implicated this hotel was with the rise of Reggae legends including the Marley's! Finally, if hesitant about staying cliff side vs the beach, don’t be! They have a shuttle that heads over multiple times a day for guest allowing you to have the best of both worlds.

I had the time of my life at Samsara, it is truly home away from home. Such an awesome boutique hotel. The staff is super nice, the view is incredible and the food is pretty good too. Love the fact that there is a shuttle bringing you to the beach twice a day... super convenient. Such a special place!
