Hotel Samsara is a full-service Negril hotel with swimming pools, restaurant, bar, spa services, sun terrace, PADI scuba center, and games room. At Samsara, the pool is oceanside, offering fabulous views of the Caribbean Sea.
There is a free shuttle twice daily to Hotel Samsara's sister hotel, Legends, where guests have exchange privileges at both hotel facilities, including all-inclusive food and domestic beverages! The hotel is very spacious with large sundecks carved into the cliff and easy access to the sea for swimming, snorkeling, and scuba diving via steps and ladders just like getting into a swimming pool.
Hotel Samsara has an on-site Scuba Center for your convenience and fun. The Marine Life Diver's Scuba Centre offers scuba diving lessons and PADI certifications. Once certified, you can dive right off the spectacular cliffs and take boat excursions and night dives.

Dec 01, 2024Cannot Recommend: We left asap and were refunded nothing.
Came for Thanksgiving week with my husband and our three children (20,17, 15). Got the all-inclusive meal/drinks package. We had no expectation that it would be a high end experience but thought it would be cheap and cheerful in a great location; that was incorrect. It's too bad because the chunk of land they have is incredible, but the whole thing is terribly run down and feels sad. This is not just a few scuff marks on the walls: the rooms are clean but very dated, doors are peeling, the outdoor loungers are old and broken and need replacing, the umbrellas sun-bleached and barely hanging on, the "sunbeds" had no beds on them and were just slats of wood. We never got in any of the pools - no thanks. The bar was playing quiet downtempo music out of one speaker that you couldn't hear from a few feet away - zero vibe. There are supposedly 3 restaurants but we only found the main one, and there is an Italian joint across the street that wasn't included in the all-inclusive. Don't get the all-inclusive; the food is a real issue. We left the next day for a different resort in Negril and were not allowed a refunded for an early departure for either the rooms or all-inclusive per day, of which we ate nothing and had only coffee and a couple beers (the drinks package has nothing you want either, besides red stripe). So we paid for the whole vacation and stayed for about 18 hours. That was upsetting. The staff were incredibly nice.

Lots of fun the staff were very kind. Our favorite was Tina the bartender she took the time to know everyone's name and was always happy and smiling. The food was good the kitchen staff was very kind. We had a wonderful trip. Our taxi driver junior was amazing and so kind he spent his whole morning trying to help us get our flat fixed on the rental car and didn't charge us a arm and leg when he very well could have. It's a little out dated but we loved our bungalow it was so relaxing and roomy!

Nov 25, 2024Dissappointed! This hotel needs serious renovations to be a Resort. Variety of food selection for an all inclusive.
I stayed in the Garden View section of the hotel. The room and furnishings were very old and worn with age. Food not great and I would not have done an all inclusive here. The view from the Cliff was beautiful. Massage pillow old and worn, towels dingy. Staff Dorette, Mr. Reid and Tina were very nice.

Positives: Most staff very friendly and happy to help. Rooms clean and as described. Beautiful views. Plenty of sun loungers to use. Shuttle service to legends on seven mile beach and back very useful. Taxis available from hotel Negatives: Food VERY limited and lacked in variety/choices. A maximum choice of 3 dishes. No desserts apart from chocolate/coconut cake in the evening. Very limited fruit (smaller saucer of 4 fruits). Cocktails/drinks all in paper cups. Water in "restaurant" served in plastic cups. Entertainment is virtually non existent. Only a live band once a week. Absolutely no music played around pool area. Very boring! Resort very out of the way, nothing nearby as in a residential area. States in description of hotel that there are tennis courts ( I have been here for 8 days and not seen one) Would definitely stay somewhere else on next visit.

Came to celebrate my partners 50th birthday and the staff helped make it really special!!!!
We loved our stay!!!! Staff so friendly , welcoming and helpful! Our room was lovely, the view ….. that sunset is something else! We enjoyed all the home cooked food! Even the tropical storm couldn’t dampen our stay We will definitely be back!!!
