    Llevo 6 años seguido viniendo, todo muy bien, denme promociones, gracias por el excelente servicio a todos

    Todo muy bien, la comida y sobre todo el personal que labora aquí son muy amables, excelentes personas, chava, Carlos, genaro, los del restaurante italiano, todos muy serviciales, solo algunos del bar están como molestos pero en fin mientras no se expresen con palabras grdoseras todo bien

    Melvin was great!

    Melvin was an amazing bartender and server! He was very attentive and always remembered our drink orders! He also helped out serving and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! He really made our experience great! We definitely will be back!

    Excelente servicio y calidad.

    Excelente servicio y atención de los meseros Josué, Genaro, Shiadany. La hoster Magaly muy sencilla, humilde, super servicial. Los barman Melvin y Marco tuvieron excelente servicio. El Chef Eliot muy rico su sazón y siempre muy impecable. Cocinero Adrian excelente servicio.

    Una muy buena experiencia

    Todo el personal es muy amable y servicial, haciendo mención especial a Karina, Josué, Gerano, Abigail, Ulises, entre muchos más. A pesar de ser primer día a sido muy buena atención. Las instalaciones del hotel son bastante accesibles y lindas.

    Decidimos salir a Vallarta para tener mejor experiencia de la visita

    Les fallo limpieza del área de restaurante. La alberca con mucha arena. El snack bar mal servicio. El servicio en alberca y playa no nos apoyó El baño del cuarto sin ventilación o extractor de aire. El Refrigerador y el aire acondicionado muy ruidoso Se destaca el buen servicio de Josue en el restaurante, nos atendió muy bien
