All Inclusive Amenities
The all-inclusive program includes the following amenities:

a) Room Accommodations
b) Three restaurants & bars plus a snack bar by the pool.
c) Breakfast, lunch, dinner.
d) One 3-meal buffet restaurant and two a la carte dining Specialty Restaurants. Italian and Mexican Cuisines. (Restrictions may apply - dress code in effect).
e) Daily snacks from 12:30 pm at 5:30 pm
f) Unlimited consumption of international brand alcoholic beverages from 10 am to 11 pm.
g) Unlimited fruit juices and soft drinks.
h) Free Wi-Fi internet in rooms and areas.
i) Nightly entertainment includes themed shows and Disco with DJ music, karaoke (except Sunday)
j) Daily-organized activities
k) Kids club and daily children´s program from 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Kids club is closed on Sundays.

    Paco is the man!!!!

    The activities by the pool are the best! Paco is the best at aqua-size class and make the experience the best time ever! He is very welcoming and makes you feel like family. Iori, Marcus and Luis are awesome and ready to serve you drinks at the beach bar. A must do if you want to have fun!

    Paco is perfect

    Paco is perfect! The water aerobics are fun. Nice music, iguanas and staff. Paco really made this trip fun for our whole family. Paco took care of all the fun around the pool and in the evening. He took the time to come and talk with us and joke with us. Irma who took care of my room was fantastic as well. Luis at the bar always took care of my drinks! He was wonderful! Paco, Luis and Irma are what made my trip memorable!

    Paco is amazing!!!

    Paco was amazing! Great exercise! Very engaging and very nice! I only do aerobics with paco! Paco was very nice in the pool and I really enjoyed his energy!! He is super nice! I really enjoy his Personality and enjoyed his exercise. He is very good!

    Good trip, bad travel agent

    We travelled to Puerto Vallarta and stayed at the Samba Vallarta with family. The staff were so sweet. The rooms however were sub-par. The floor was almost always wet, smelling musty, It was hard to sleep with the partying going on in the adjacent hotel, the family we travelled with had countless problems with their room and were constantly getting locked out of their room, the infant kept slipping on floor due to the room leaking puddles of water onto the floor. On a good note the food was amazing, the travel guide who operated in the hotel Jerry was quite helpful, Gilberto one of the waiters was amazing and the maids were extremely pleasant making our stay fairly easy, despite the problems the other family was having. We booked our trip through Flight centre in Kelowna, BC, which was a big mistake. There was a failure of proper communication between client and travel agent. WestJet vacations was helpful I recommend booking through them if possible. Travelling to tour the Malicon was by far my favourite part of the trip.

    Wonderful, friendly place to stay.

    What a great place to stay. This resort is so friendly. The staff are all smiles with friendly greetings and very personal. We especially appreciate Salvador and Victor‘s personal attention in the buffet to the point that we hugged and took pictures with them on the last day of stay. The food is also very good in the buffet. The ratio of guests to beach and pool seating is excellent. The rooms are dated but clean. The water temperature in the rooms seem to fluctuate a lot in the shower. We thought the specialty restaurants were just OK. Unfortunately, the adjacent resort can be loud in the evening, which is no fault of the Samba. Finally, the hip-hop music could be toned down around the pool. Overall, this is a great place to stay and probably will come back.
