    Carlos and Jesse were great service here! They pampered us with cold towels, great service from the bar, and were so kind! They were welcoming and offered you whatever you needed at anytime of the day! We would definitely recommend seeing them here.

    Amazing Service from Carlos and Jessie

    Carlos and Jessie were phenomenal beach butlers. They came around with cooling face towels and continuous drinks! They made the experience 10/10! The entire staff was extremely friendly, as well. I felt like royalty the entire trip, great place!

    Best resort we have ever been on!

    We had the best trip ever Stef and Omar made our stay amazing and memorable I will never forget them they treated us like family and did everything in their power to provide us with top notch service. You must visit this resort you won’t be disappointed 10/10🙂😁

    Great SpringBreak!

    We had a great time. Party of eleven with a mix of college Springbreakers and old fogies paying their way. Easy checkin. Rooms were good enough to rest our heads. Restaurants were ok. Our best meal was in the Italian restaurant. Beach chairs were easy to get, but you still need to get down there early. Overall a great trip.

    Excellent stay

    The Royalton was a great vacation experience. From check in to checkout. Our floor butler, Iran took care of our every request. He did a fantastic job. Carlos at pool was there to take good care of us. Guillermo at the lobby bar was so accommodating. All the restaurants were amazing and Iran made sure we always had reservations. The buffet was always good with fresh items everyday This was a birthday stay, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience at a beautiful resort. Everyone made the stay outstanding
