I recently stayed at Royalton chic with my fiancé a few months ago. It was such a great hotel right in the centre of the Cancun strip, right on the beach. It had themed parties everyday and the entertainment that the hotel staff put on is amazing. Our trip wouldn't have been the same if it weren't for the hotel staff. One particular member was Luis who worked outside organising entertainment. He made sure we were having the best time and made us feel welcome. Luis had so much enthusiasm for his job at Royalton chic as well as the other staff members. We received free drinks on arrival to the hotel which was lovely. I would highly recommend Royalton chic to anyone that's up for a party vibe! They also had more chill and down time activities which was a nice switch up during the day, including ping pong or bracelet making. I will hopefully return to this hotel in the future as we both really loved it

Our vacation spot every year is Royalton Chic, Cancun
Great rooms, phenominal Service. Our 3rd time there. Loved Luigi of the Vibe Team. He was very attentive and kept us entertained. He made sure everyone had a great time. Butlers Sandra and Iran the best. Diamond Club is the way to go. The views, the pools. A+

10/10 Would go again!
My boyfriend and I had such a blast at this resort. The wind was a little crazy for the rooftop the week we were there, but regardless we had such a good time and the rest of the resort was beautiful. Our room was perfect, spacious and updated. The location is perfect if you like to go off resort and explore as it’s right in the strip and very close to amenity’s. Free events every day at the resort. Beautiful beach, delicious food and amazing staff. Shoutout to Luis for being the best Vibe Team member and always making sure we were having a blast no matter what we were doing, as well as I have to shoutout our Butler, Arturo, he went over and above for us and really made us feel like family. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Great Resort for Group Trip
I went on a 40th birthday trip to Royalton CHIC. We had a blast. All employees were super helpful. Food was good. Drinks were good. Elevators were the weakest part but minor. Diamond status was definitely worth it. I cannot say enough good things about our butlers Sandra and Omar. They were fabulous. Attentive to our needs and constantly checking in. I would recommend Royalton CHIC.

Gorgeous hotel, can’t find anything bad to say!
One of the best all inclusive hotels I have stayed at! Spent about 11 days here and did not want to leave, recommend getting the Royalton app to book in reservations for the restaurants on the weekend as they can fill up, buffet is nice enough with lots choice. The app also tells you what activities are on and where throughout the day, shows you prices on upgrades, spa etc. Also do free room service, a pizza hole in the wall and a cafe serving coffees iced drinks, ice creams, pastries and toasted sandwiches. Literally ate out once as there is so much choice. Pool and beach staff kept drinks topped up, staff in all restaurants super helpful! Lots to do and very close to the strip including coco bongo, lots of shops nearby and restaurants. Could honestly go on all day but would 100% return, only thing was first day was woken by a fire alarm but turns out it was another guest which I suppose can not be helped from the staffs side, would not come if you want a quiet read by the pool but definitely for a positive and friendly atmosphere! There is a few times you will have someone try and sell something to you but they are not pushy at all which I do appreciate, we did not opt for diamond package and was worried this may affect us but tbh the experience was still amazing without!
