Our stay at Royalton CHIC Cancun was made extraordinary by our incredible butlers, Daniel and Esteban. They went above and beyond to make my mother's 65th birthday celebration truly special. Not only did they surprise us with beautiful room decorations that went well beyond just the door, but they also arranged for a delicious cake to be delivered on her actual birthday. Their attention to detail and genuine care for making our celebration memorable stood out throughout our entire stay. From coordinating dinner reservations to ensuring our every need was met, Daniel and Esteban's service was exceptional. The resort itself offers stunning views, excellent dining options, and a sophisticated atmosphere. The adult-only environment creates a perfect balance of relaxation and entertainment. Special thanks to Daniel and Esteban for making this milestone birthday celebration unforgettable. Their personalized service and thoughtful touches made all the difference. Would highly recommend requesting butler service, particularly these two outstanding professionals, for an enhanced experience at this beautiful property.

Amazing views - perfect vacay!
We had an amazing time. We had beach butlers Carlos and Jesse who were so fun and nice. We had our regular butlers Estoban and Daniel who were out of this world and took care of everything for us. Food was great. Room was comfy and the view was amazing

Party in Cancun
This resort was so much fun. I enjoyed every moment either it was being relaxed by the pool/beach to chilling at the bar to parties.. I found something to do. Our butlers, Ricardo and Arturo, were a mere message away and ready to help whenever we had a question or needed assistance. They helped made all of this a breeze without worrying about finding out how to do something. Special thanks to Ricardo for helping me with a huge issue that could have ruined my experience.. he truly saved the day for me. If you get these guys, you're in great hands. Thank you for making this a very special vacation for me!

Everything is amazing
Very nice people, really cool & welcoming - I will come back here many times I meet josseline and Kristal of the Entretainent team they are awesome and really beautiful come to see them, I learn some Spanish here and I like it everything here is amazing

Feb 20, 2025Wonderful Service - Only 3 Star Due to Food and Housekeeping/Maintenance
From the moment we checked in, hands down the best service from our Butlers, Arturo and Samara! If you get one of them, you are in for world-class service. Food is very average, not great at all. Housekeeping around the hotel needs improvement, such as in the hallways, inside/outside elevators, glass in rooms, etc. Air conditioner in the rooms worked okay, not great. If we were there in the hottest months, it may not have done justice. Rooms have ceiling fans that help, if they work. Some other small maintenance upkeep like door locks, etc, needs to be improved upon. Great location of the hotel to Cancun activities. All rooms facing ocean have wonderful views and balconies.
