The hotel location is superb, great beach access, close to shopping and nigh life. The dining restaurants are good with quality food, great service and views. The terrace offers a great view of the entire city and the beach along with 🌟 stary ambience at night with DJ music, cabanas and the pool. Now what made it a complete 5 experience is the Butler service of Diamond club. From start to finish these Rockstars Arturo and Samara were just amazing. Arturo service level were outstanding, 7 stars. It felt like we were at the premium Autograph collection. From the moment we checked in he was there to cater to all our question's and service needs. From lights in the room, dinner reservation, activity suggestions, making sure he stayed connected with us to ensure our comfort. His smile was infectious. It was truly a great experience. Thank you Arturo, we appreciate it. Overall a great fantastic stay. I would recommend upgrade to the diamond class to make your stay magical!!

A wonderful five star plus resort
I went to this a wonderful resort from December 16th through December It is this is a five-star plus resort. The amenities are fantastic. The place is beautiful. It's right next to the water. If you ever decide to take a trip to Cancun, please please please stay at this wonderful hotel. I had a butler take care of me by the name of Marysol Amaya. She was fantastic when I stayed here last year. She was my butler then and it's amazing. She remembered me from last year. She is the most helpful, sweetest, beautiful, intelligent and classy Butler a person could ever have. When I come back on my next visit I will demand that I have Marisol as my butler!!! Whatever they're paying her is not enough and she made my stay at the resort a wonderful experience. She helped me out with a couple of issues and went Way beyond what you would normally expect. Do yourself a favor and book a reservation at this resort!

Loved it!
Beautiful resort. We were there only for 1 night, wish we had stayed longer. We came in for our 30th wedding anniversary weekend. Alma at the front desk was incredible, thank you so much for taking such great care of us❤️ Entertainment was fun! They had a singing trio. The singers were amazing Food 8/10. Drinks 5/10 yes they are watered down but still tasted good. Wine was 7/10. Wine is very expensive in Cancun so I was pleasantly surprised with their house wine being decent. Chopsticks restaurant 7/10 sushi appetizers was very good but everything else was just ok. Room service food 7/10 jalepeno poppers were really good but the pizza was gross. My only issue was check in and out. Check in process was very very long because of their stupid wrist band that they will charge you $150 If lost or not returned had to wait about 20min to just check out. They need a better check in/out process.

Staff are definitely 5 star. Special praise to servers Ulisess in the Italian restaurant & Elisio at breakfast. Vibe team are so energetic & inclusive. Chris, Willy & Fernanda deserve special mention. Also Jorge who makes the best omelette at breakfast & always has a cheeky smile. Our cleaner (Edith) always did a fantastic job with a smile. The hotel itself has definitely gone down a star over the last three years though. Broken tiles around the pool, constant red flags on the beach (other beaches were fine), rooms starting to look dated (craked sink & loose balcony rail), fire alarms being set off in the middle of the night didn't exactly help either. I would probably rate it as a 3/4 star now.

Best Vacation
Where do I start… This vacation at the Chic was amazing!!! From the staff, to the food & drinks, entertainment and vibes. But most of all I would like to think my butlers Samara and Arturo for the Diamond club experience ! They are attentive to your needs and both pay great attention to detail. Anything I wanted to do they had it already booked for me! I felt like I didn’t have to do nothing but to have fun ! I highly recommend spending your vacation at the Chic and if you can request SAMARA AND ARTURO to be your butlers . They are literally the best duo I met !
