Luis, Josue, and Josabeth in the lobby are kings of the industry. They sling nothing but amazing drinks. The staff were all friendly and endlessly helpful. We stayed for 5 nights and still didn't get to experience everything. The room was clean, well lit, and had an amazing view.

Fantastic hotel, wonderful holiday.
We absolutely loved our 10 day stay here. Hotel fantastic, very clean, beach beautiful, staff very friendly, attentive and helpful. We went for diamond club, and pleased with the extras that brings. Loved the diamond beach and pool side, a little more chilled, plus the diamond bar. Food was good, and the buffet especially. Our butler Karla was friendly and helpful, including making our dinner bookings as requested and posting daily programme. Fernando and his entertainment team were very good and worked so hard. Preferred the afternoon parties on the roof, somehow a better vibe for us. Music is somewhat geared to the American guests I think, so not much a house/Ibiza vibe. The lifts are a bit of a pinch point, but I don't think we waited too long, minor criticism for us. On the plus side, they become a sort of social meeting point, so you get to chat with many different people. Able to still get food, drink, and use diamond area after checking out, so another plus. The crowd was good, friendly and chatty, and we made new friends. Highly recommended, would love to return. David and Sherry, UK.

Nice and clean, well apportioned, staff are very friendly and attentive. Beautiful beach. Food is plentiful and delicious. Special shout-out to Diego (Butler) and Arianny on the beach. Only downside is it is *loud* everywhere. Very much a party resort, which is great, but sometimes you just want some quiet. If you are looking for a serene getaway, this is not the place; if you want a party, highly recommend.

It gets better and better
My third visit to Royalton chic and it's gets better and better I must say a big thank you to a few people have to start with Gloria Vazquez not only the best gym instructor in Cancun but an amazing person probably the most helpful person I have ever met nothing is to much trouble for her she leads a great team of Sharon, adan and Esteban please try one of there classes you won't be disappointed I was lucky enough to have the best butler in chic Iran who looked after me so well please request him when you book also had the best chef in Cancun canela who made me the best food for lunch and dinner a big thank you to the rooftop dancing girls Georgina and Geraldine you won't meet two more beautiful ladies who were also so much fun to be around they kept me company at lunch and dinner I feel very lucky to have met you last but not least a big thank to the buffet staff and all the waiters led by ismale the kindness and service you gave me was the best I have traveled all over the world and the service you gave me was the best that is why I keep coming back I look forward to seeing you all soon in the meantime stay safe Brian dugard

Awesome place
Royalton chic is very good place for adults. Property is very clean and staff very helpful. Our butler SANDRA was phenomenal. She kept us informed thru out our stay. She did all the reservations and update restaurants for our vegetarian meals.
