    Great vacation!

    Our stay at the Royalton Hideaway was fantastic. We upgraded to the Diamond Club and we are happy we did! Our Butlers, Cesar and Valeria, were very attentive. I can’t say enough about the service and the staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. There are also many dining options and the Diamond Club gives you access to some members only areas for a more relaxing experience. I recommend Dorados for breakfast(Diamond Club members only) as it’s much less hectic than the breakfast buffet. Thank you again Cesar!

    Soy socia del complejo,el mejor viaje de todos , gracias a Mauricio de Traveler club que estuvo al pendiente de mi y mi familia dando el mil porciento en toda nuestra estadía, renovador, catartico, enriquecedor en muchas sentidos, gracias a Alberto nuestro mayordomo por todas sus finísimas atenciones , así mismo a todo el personal del hotel, Don Alberto el mesero del buffet a Don Hiram el que limpia la zona de la alberca principal, a los meseros ,camaristas, en fin a todos,me hicieron sentir en casa, la comida deliciosa en todos los restaurantes, Gracias Royalton por permitirme ser parte de esta maravillosa familia, gracias, gracias, gracias

    Edgar’s Yoga class!!

    What an amazing experience. But, what made it worth it was starting my day with Edgar’s Yoga class- in the gazebo over looking the ocean! He was so kind and welcoming! Thank Edgar for going above and beyond!🌴🧘☀️☀️☀️🕶️🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂😊😊😊😊😊

    Hotel Royalton Splash Cancan Mexico

    he hotel itself is kept very clean, & most of the staff are lovely & friendly. The restaurants need attention. Avoid the Taj curry house it’s vile! The Japanese is amazing and very entertaining, we also enjoyed Hunters steak. Wouldn’t bother with any others. The service is very slow and everything is extremely salty and just about warm.! The buffet is lovely and we tried to eat in it most days as a family of x8. The fruit was lovely and fresh and lots of choice. It does get a bit same same though which is why we did try the restaurants. They also have bowling and trampoline for kids but these are chargeable to your room And again are very very over priced! The hotel is very very noisy and would be best suited to party friendly family’s that love the noise & music. If your looking for quiet it’s a massive no! The beach isn’t great. It does have the white sand but then is covered in seaweed and not sure if it’s giant bird poo or some kind of fish poo in the shore line. I would stay away from swimming in the sea. They also have a local croc which goes in the sea. They do keep a close eye on it & close the sea when it’s in. Also depending on when you Go they have a lot of conventions on & local school trips! Very busy with kids in the pool and large family’s. Overall I wouldn’t rate this hotel and would not go back! The gift shops and other shops are day light robbery. We paid $20 for crisps and $40 for paracetamol, $30 for sun cream.

    Royalton Riviera Cancun Mexico

    Incredible hotel experience, we fell in love with Mexico and the Mexican culture and people . The hotel staff are amazing . The breakfast staff for the Royalton Hideaway are wonderful the bar staff for the Royalton are wonderful and so hardworking a special mention for “ Jesus” our barman at the main hotel bar. We will be back in 2026 after the renovations . Thank you. Royalton Riviera for an amazing honeymoon xx
