    Incredible!!!

    Other than being there on a week for March breakers, it was absolutely amazing. Good food at every restaurant. Love the layout of the resort. And Alberto was the BEST butler ever. We will definitely be going back this fall. The beach was beautiful and there are so many options for eating and snacking.

    Well worth it

    Had a great time for a work conference and the team went above and beyond. Antonio in Scores was the best! Would highly recommend staying here if you’re looking to relax or enjoy a great week. Rooms and views were nice as well, only wish we could have stayed longer

    Great hotel AND gym!

    Great hotel! We enjoyed the large rooms and view of the ocean. The staff were all very nice and attentive. They have an excellent gym with fantastic classes. George is an amazing instructor and you should check his classes out! Although it’s vacation it’s worth 30-45 minutes of your time to get some movement in with a high energy vibe!

    Lovely return trip

    We had a great return trip to the resort. The room was lovely once again, a la cartes were fantastic as we ate at 5 of them during our stay. Mexican was the best for us this time around. Pedro was a great server there. Special shout out to Victor Lopez at guest services for setting up a dinner for our family of 15 for a birthday party at Armadillo and Zen. This was greatly appreciated. He even came and found us pool side with no idea where we would be to specifically set this up for us. Great staff and experience.

    The team make this hotel shine ✨✨✨

    We have just got home from a 14 day trip to cancun and stayed at the Royalton! Here is a summary of how we found our stay! Arrival - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars we were met by the team who presented us with a welcome drink and cheery face. Our room was lovely but had a sofa bed so switched to 2 queens we had a lovely balcony and hot tub upstairs as well overlooking pool. Housekeeping cleanliness is fantastic, however, sometimes turndown was missed in evening. Restaurants there are around 8; we loved the Oceen point one which we paid extra for as it’s at hideaway and we only had diamond club access. We loved the Japanese and we also loved the Italian Grazie. We had butlers who made our bookings for us otherwise I believe it can be tricky. Get yourself a room with a butler. Foam parties are fun and enjoyable the only thing was the spring breakers who ruined it for us by jumping off the stage constantly so one day it got cancelled. The activities are great and the GYM is next level so if you like a decent gym book here. Evening entertainment there is something on every night so you won’t be bored. My only critique is we had 2 full schools of spring breakers when we stayed so forget getting a drink most nights but we did book a busy period. Wine list is nice but you pay extra, they do have some premium brands I enjoyed the bulldog Gin. We booked to see the dolphins through the tour company that went very well. Team members to recognise - Davide, Marlon, Rick. Roberto (breakfast) and the gym guys was amazing but forgot their names. HSK was always lovely and friendly as well. Thank you for looking after us all.
