We just checked out of the Royalton Splash Punta Cana side we booked diamond club and upgraded to the presidential suite. Which was a perfect size for our family of 4 we had space and so did our kids. Our butler Romeo was absolutely fantastic !!! He checked on us daily oh the mornings via message and came to see us personally everyday to ensure there was anything we needed and to make sure we were enjoying our stay he made our stay even more memorable , he’s an amazing addition and so personable with my family and kids you have an amazing employee with how attentive he is to his guests ❤️ We tried more of the Ala cartes and the under the sea was our favourite the filet steak could be cut with a butter knife and the crab cakes were great…. The only Ala carte that didn’t meet our expectations was the hunter steakhouse the fries and Mac and cheese were all cold and my husband didn’t care for the brisket. We found the service in the Marche buffet by far superior then the service on the selections buffet if your diamond club use that side. Our server Juan on the diamond club beach he was great I didn’t even have a drink done and he brought more. Same with the server at the bubble pool for diamond club names Jose. These servers all were fantastic Our room was clean, comfortable and we had lots of water and towels zero complaints on that side. We enjoyed the slides at the water park, beach was gorgeous and the diamond club beach attendant Joselito ensuring we had a great spot, we had an amazing week!! Thank you for these Royalton employees for making an amazing impression and for making our week even better. We can’t wait to return!!!

I really like the services of the Hotel and I love the gym they have. The amenities are perfect and also the pool. Thank you for all the coaches that help me during my time here in the gym and to all the staff. Great Casino and great food, hope to come again in the future.

Excellent and memorable
I first want to say, I was a travel agent for 25 years and have extensively travelled, across the world. I was so concerned before we left re the recent poor reviews, that I actually considered moving hotels! I am so glad I didn’t. Room I stayed in room 6119 in the swim up diamond club section, literally a few steps to the ocean, and my personal favourite bar. The diamond beach bar! The room was spacious and spotless, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was easy to use and not too loud! We had maid service, everyday, clean towels and face cloths, with royalton products if needed, for hair and body! The shower was large, and always hot! There was even a weighing scales in the bathroom for those conscious of gaining weight on holiday! The room included a coffee maker, hairdryer, bar ( restocked every day) with plenty of water, soft branded drinks and beer. When you arrive you will also receive, a bottle of wine, a bottle of sparkles and a personal favourite spirit on request. For example we picked out Johnny walker double black whiskey, which was delivered to our room on our 2nd day. We had nuts and m and m chocs with crisps as a welcome too. We loved the swim up room, we found we used more in the afternoon due to sun positioning as it was shaded in the morning. Two chairs, and a table on the terrace and a perfect spot! I did not see one bug, which you may expect in a tropical country. Butler I cannot praise enough our butler Antonio, he made our holiday!!! He looked after us impeccably, in terms of booking restaurants, checking we had everything we needed. He genuinely cared and made it his mission to make our precious holiday as perfect as possible. He wasn’t intrusive, his ability to provide and adapt the best service applicable to us personally and without doubt all his clients personal needs. was truly a gift. He made our holiday so special and I would like to send out a massive thank you to him, Antonio we will always remember you fondly. Jane and vanessa Staff I found all the staff helpful, happy and accommodating. With perhaps the exception of maybe one or two random encounters, which frankly did not affect us. This was just a friendly smile from me and a “hola” to be greeted with a grumpy stare. ( absolutely not the norm at this hotel. The staff are what make it stand out!!!! The manager of the hotel, walked around regularly and was most friendly and made you feel special. I bumped into him several times. I liked how he remembered me, and how I saw him treat his staff. Beach The beach is gorgeous and kept so clean by the wonderful housekeeping team. And the tractor each am They come out early every morning making sure everything looks perfect. I enjoyed seeing the interaction between them as the worked. Seemed happy in their positions. Diamond club I have to completely disagree with past reviews I think the diamond club is 100 percent worth it. To have a butler like Antonio made our holiday, we wanted for nothing. A simple message and it was done! The drinks were superior, cocktails especially, the best I’ve had! No syrupy mess here. Decent premium drinks and mixers. So I would 100 percent recommend Diamond club. Food The Buffet was my favourite, the food was varied and tasty, staff attentive. Spotless!!! I honestly do not know what past reviews are talking about. Restaurants we liked Steak Jade Dorado We didn’t enjoy the Italian as much, it was a late booking, it felt a bit rushed. I like to take my time with food. Entertainment. I’m Afraid I can’t really comment here as I didn’t take part but there certainly was lots to do if you were so inclined. Point out to the girls In the coffee bar, always friendly and a really pleasant addition to the hotel. I have to say for the price you pay I found this hotel to be extremely good and I would happily go back. One last thing I didn’t venture over to splash once so can’t comment about splash! 10 Days in Paradise 🌴🌴🌞🌞
Rooms were always clean. Food in the A La Cartes were great. Something for everyone. So many choices at the buffet. The beaches were clean with little or no seaweed. Everything was wonderful and was hard to say goodbye. Very friendly staff everywhere you go.
