May 05, 2025Te resort was beautiful, my butler was amazing and the concierge staff was great but the food was nasty
The resort itself is beautiful. We chose the option of Diamond club members which meant we got special check in and a butler! Our butler Antonio was the best part of our trip. I was assisting in planning a wedding and it was also my birthday weekend. Antonio was so helpful, thoughtful and knowledgeable. First, he greeted us with a huge smile, very polite and professional. Tbh I was sorta bummed about my bday bcuz of the stress of travel but upon returning to our room, there was a bday surprise in my room. Antonio had a birthday banner on my door and a mini cake!!!! I was so excited and happy. Secondly, he texted us reminders and suggestions for Bfst, lunch and dinner. And even took the liberty of making us reservations for one of the restaurants that had the better food. Lastly, there were a few times where I forgot something he was more than happy to assist - steamed our dresses, dropped off something in my room and even helped me connect with the bride’s butler!!! Antonio was the best part of my stay. And made sure we were set for our departure. The only con of our trip was the food- it was not tasty at all. The eggs were runny, the buffet hardly ever had plates, the food had hardly any flavor. The best thing I had was bacon, Bfst sausage, a puff pastry, a burger from the nice restaurant and the pineapple juice. Like I said the only reason I’d return is for Antonio.

Our butler, Reinaldo, went above our expectations. I wasn't quite sure how this personal butler thing worked and we were there for my sister's 50th birthday. There were 13 of us and it's hard to get dinner reservations for a group that size. Especially at the Zen Restaurant. Reinaldo not only made this possible but he also got the birthday banner for her door and a personal cake after dinner before we left Zen. She was so surprised! The beach is absolutely beautiful, and you will be pleasantly running on "island time" and definitely relaxed!!

Good experience
The pool(s) and beach are very impressive. A lot of entertainment throughout the day and evening. There is legit enough for one to do and enjoy themselves. Romeo is as my designated butler, he was very thoughtful and accommodative to my needs. Proactive in making dinner reservations. A huge thanks to the pool and beach waiters and vibe team as well.

Family fun
Overall we had a good time and enjoyed our stay. The resort itself and staff were wonderful. The dining was lacking. We chose to do the Diamond Club for the perks noted- not worth it other than our butler Omar. If it wasn’t for Omar we wouldn’t have been able to get into the restaurants. He truly went above and beyond to enhance our stay. The app for the resort is useless. Frustrating that it took SO much to be able to arrange nice dinners. The buffet was decent but temp of foods was not great at times (hot foods weren’t that hot in the warming trays). The activities for adults and kids were great!! We really enjoyed it. Overall good experience and amazing staff but would consider a different location due to the disappointment with evening meals.

May 02, 2025A great trip- love the Royalton vibe.
The hotel itself was excellent, having been to the Royalton Hotel in St Lucia a couple of years previous we were familiar with the Royalton model. As many have said, if you are visiting this hotel and worried about what some people say- don’t, it’s a great location! We were none DC so don’t worry about that either! Who needs a ‘butler’ anyway lol. The service in all areas was excellent, all staff were super friendly and helpful. Beautiful resort and a real plus having direct access to such a large beach- we enjoyed flitting between this and the pool areas. Rooms were very nice and well serviced by the very friendly housekeeping staff, who were also keen to make their service more personal (we loved the towel animals- Thankyou). Food was very good, as always the buffet is under rated by most guests who aim for the restaurants. It’s a superb all inclusive buffet (chef talking here too) though and our children loved exploring the vast offer. Fabulous offer at Easter and a superb chocolate display. Love the fact they have their own pastry chefs and everything is made fresh and from scratch. We also booked some trips on site (through Nexus) which was well managed and efficient with clear instructions and a fair price. If I had any minor areas for negative feedback (and they are minor) the pools could be cleaner and better managed, and I didn’t like seeing so many people wandering around in the water throwing drinks everywhere. The pools were sometimes a little low in water level too. As seen in many online forums there is unfortunately a real challenge in booking into restaurants. The App is opportunistic at best! However, we did go through Hotel guest services and TUI for help and they came good, so fair play! I also think the Hotel should be doing more to reduce the use of single use plastics (mainly bottled water). Lots to do in the evenings and all public areas are very pleasant (theatre a bit weird though and not in great shape, lots of broken seats). Loved the Sports bar where I was able to go and watch a Champions League football game. The Vibe team are great fun- big shout out to Bernard and ‘Gucci glasses’ (sorry don’t know name), and the very charismatic Omar! All in all this hotel and holiday exceeded our expectations.
