Terrible Customer Service & Unreturned Deposit
1/5 – Terrible Customer Service & Unreturned Deposit I stayed at Radisson Blu Grenada from January 24 to 28, and they took a deposit of nearly $300, which was supposed to be refunded upon checkout. Now, after two months, I still haven’t received my refund. I have sent multiple emails and made several calls, but their customer service is the slowest and worst I have ever experienced. They simply ignore emails, and when you call, their staff responds coldly and without any real assistance. This didn’t just happen to me—my friends who stayed with me faced the exact same issue. It seems like a recurring problem with this hotel. 🚨 I DO NOT recommend this hotel! If you plan to stay here, be extremely cautious with your payments and deposits. Otherwise, you risk losing your time and money dealing with their unresponsive and unprofessional service. 👎 Radisson Blu Grenada needs to seriously improve its customer service and refund policies.

A Wonderful Vacation
We stayed for 3 weeks and had a wonderful vacation. Thank you to the entire staff for making our stay so awesome. Special acknowledgements/thanks to Anne Marie and her housekeeping staff for their hard work in keeping our rooms so very clean. Also a shout out to Maria and her team for keeping the public areas so clean. We also had amazing service and care from Natalie in the dining area. She was amazing and always was a step ahead of us in knowing our needs. Also shout out to Alana, Sharon, Linelle, Rena, who also took such good care of us in the dining area. Carmen gets a special shout out for making the best Pina Coladas ever. A special thanks goes to Michael, for making the best omelets, Sally-Ann, whose service at breakfast was wonderful and to Joseph for good customer service. Another team of wonderful staff that we do not want to forget are the amazing landscaping staff especially Danny, who always made sure we had fresh coconut water. Again there are so many staff that were taking good care of us that we want to thank them all. Hope to see you all next year.

Disappointed with our stay
We were disappointed by a few things on our 10 day stay in one of their best rooms. As long time customers we want to return, but probably will not. They were building a new beach bar and the constructions noises was heard up and down the beach and at the pools. (construction happens, but usually hotels will gives you a heads-up in advance of confirming your reservation); housekeeping was skipped a couple of days, and one day we woke up with no running water and a phone that wasn't working! There were no concessions or apologies, and the topper for me is that the drawers in the wardrobes are older and musty, even though clothes were left in packing cubes they returned home smelling of mildew. Not a place for someone who has allergies or asthma! The people who work there are hard working and kind, some we have known for years. Perhaps the new management (Choice Hotels) could help them manage their customers experience and expectations a whole lot better.

Radisson Grand Anse
Just got back from 10 days at Radisson Grand Anse beautiful hotel the beach & grounds surrounding the hotel 10/10, having been on the beach most days you have to be near one of the trees as there is no umbrellas to take any shade. The staff all very polite & friendly, look for LaToya in the beach bar “cheeky “ but lovely lady. There was one negative & feel that the hotel need to have a look at this, Wednesday we took our regular spot under the palm tree on the beach soon after there was hundreds & hundreds of people from the cruise ships descended on the beach at the hotel, round the pool that has a sign saying for residents only even taking to the sun loungers on the grass outside peoples rooms, they was advised that the only thing they asked of them was to buy a drink (some did but many didn’t). I understand that it brings revenue to the hotel but when you have booked & paid to stay in the hotel you don’t expect that the cruise ship travellers to take over the hotel as iam sure we wouldn’t have been welcome on the ship. Loved this hotel & loved the beautiful island of Grenada. Thanks for having us & making us feel very welcome.

Excellent mid-range stay
Overall, this is an excellent mid-range stay, as of March 2025. If you are looking for something posh, this is not a place for you. It seems that they are gradually upgrading the resort. The outdoor space and the common amenities (restaurant/pool/bar) seem very modernized already. On the other hand, the rooms still have an old look and feel. But they are definitely clean and we didn't have any problem with anything. We were given an ocean view room. Our balcony was facing the beach, with a great view on the water, listening to the waves. Simply by going down the stairs we were right on the beach, with a tree offering natural shade. We didn't even need an umbrella! The location is simply perfect: - Grand Anse is the best part of Grenada. This beach is my favorite in all of Caribbean (out of Grenada/Bahamas/Aruba/PuertoRico), as it is the only one I've seen without big waves. The water is flat/calm, perfect for swimming. - Even within Grand Anse, this hotel is right in the middle, which is perfect for dining options. Some nights we walked to restaurants on the left side, some other nights to restaurants on the right side. Most restaurants are within a 5-10 minute walk. Also the common restaurant area has a very nice ambiance during sunset/dinner. However, it could take 45 minutes for our dinner to be served. Breakfast is plentiful and served by the staff. There are so many options (some rotating), that it is impossible not to get full. They were also very helpful in adding a crib in our room for our 1-year old. Value/price is excellent, it has been a great bang for the buck.
