The rooms were super nice and staff were extremely accommodating. The food was pretty good but the views from your hotel room are this resorts bread and butter. Diamond club is a must, the butlers (especially Marisol and Gilbert) make the experience 100x better. Couldn’t recommend them enough !

Cancun Amazing All-Inclusive
Absolutely fun hotel, the atmosphere and food are great! Would definitely recommend this resort if you’re looking for an adult getaway. They also have a vibe team and Alexander who’s on that team who was great! Kept the fun going! Definitely planning a return soon.

40th Birthday Celebration!
We had an absolute blast! There were 6 of us and we returned home yesterday! We stayed from a Saturday to the following Friday (as Diamond club members) and would do it all again! Check in and out with Victor was smooth! He was such a delight! The rooms (junior suite/sunset view) were clean, spacious, and very well kept. The lights took a bit to understand. We wished the room could’ve been colder, and the water smelled like sulfur some days. However, the robes, tote, room spray and other amenities were nice. The food was really good. There were so many options. Our Butler, Diego reserved all of our nightly meals. We had Asian Cuisine, Seafood, Steakhouse (twice), Italian, and the buffet. All good and worth every bite. There were poolside menus, outside buffets, coffee shop, pizza window, sports bar food, room service, and the Tuesday Mexican Night out of the terrace. The shows got better and better each night. Our server, Luis was ON It! Called us all by name each night! Such a pleasure to have him and his warm personality. There’s so much talent within each show and with the Vibe Team. We absolutely loved the newest member of the Vibe Team, Diego. He danced, taught us Spanish, got up for a kitchen tour (shoutout to the head chef)/ guacamole making class, checked on us and got us hyped! Well done! The Diamond Club pool was SPECTACULAR! Premium liquor and love! When I say they took care of us, I mean, saved us chairs, drinks on constant, food delivered quickly and we enjoyed them all. A HUGE shoutout to Kevin, Carlos, Sergio, and Marciano! You guys were awesome and I’ll never forget you! The room service and cleaning each day was amazing! Fridge was sticker and beds were nicely put back together! Our Butler, Diego always checked and was on top of our requests! The ONLY complaint I have is with the elevators. You need more of them with your capacity. They were warm, no music, and they ran super slow. The algorithm is way off. Either promote the stairs more or fix those things because it was terrible. Overall, one of the best trips I’ve been on! A huge shoutout to: Butler-Diego, Carlos, Kevin, Victor, Sergio, Marciano, Cinthia, Vibe Team-Diego, and Luis.

Birthday trip
I had an amazing time at Chic. This was my third visit and I can’t wait to go again. The service gets better and better each visit. The rooms were clean and the drinks were good. We upgraded to diamond club so we had access to all the extra amenities along with premium liquor. Our butlers Arturo and Ricardo were absolutely the best. They assisted us with dinner reservations every night. They also would randomly find us daily around the resort to check on us. They alone made diamond club worth it. Special thanks to Maria the head butler for setting up special room decorations for my husband. We loved it.

Definitely will return.
This was our 2nd trip to this resort. Everything was as wonderful as the first time. The food was great for an all inclusive. The resort was clean and housekeeping did a great job with our room every day. We enjoyed the foam parties and nightly entertainment. The after parties sometimes took a little while to heat up, but were really fun, but they end at 1 am. This trip, we opted for the Diamond Club upgrade and were not disappointed. Our butlers, Arturo and Ricardo were very attentive and were truly interested in us and with making our trip a memorable experience.
