We had a great time at the Royalton Chic Cancun. The beach is beautiful and the service is excellent. I recommend the diamond club upgrade. You get access to the diamond club lounge for drinks and snacks and the diamond club has its own area on the beach and its own pool. Most importantly you have a butler or butlers that make everything very easy for you all week. Our butlers, Samara and Arturo, were the absolute best and really made our vacation outstanding. It was great to see them everyday and they could always put a smile on our faces. It can be a party hotel, but we went to relax. You can do either at this hotel. The food was great. The staff made sure we had a great time. This was our second stay at the resort and I hope we are able to go back.

This resort is well advertised and looks amazing in all the pictures and information out there on it. I booked this thinking it would be over the top for me and my wife but it ended up just being an average to above average expereince. I would recommend spending the extra for the Diamond club and the butler is nice to have. The buffet is average but nothing special. Line ups were short so that was nice. The a la carte resultants were nice, staff was good. Food was average though. Not much flavour. The Italian rescue at was the only one worth visiting twice. The hotel in general needs a bit of an up grade and some maintenance as paint is starting to peel, steel is starting to rust etc. The price point in my opinion is a bit on the high side for what you get.

The best trip!
We went for a bach trip & had the best time! Our butler were amazing (Arturo & Samara). The foam party was so much fun & the food was delish. Many different things to do & places to go on the resort. You don’t even have to leave & will have the best time. The service was wonderful. Defiantly will be back!

Overall the resort is nice and we want to shout out to Daniel and Esteban our butlers. They were truly amazing and went out of their way. We can’t praise them enough. We had an issue with our a/c that was not ever fixed but was finally compensated

Fantastic Vacation
We had an amazing time at the Royalton CHIC Cancun. We were quickly created by Sergio to help get us ready to enjoy the resort prior to our room being available. He was fantastic and helpful the entire trip. The food was great. The resort atmosphere and beach were awesome. We would definitely return to this resort.
