    Excellent Resort

    Everything was Great and the butlers Samara and Iran did an excellent job! They were very prompt and attentive. You can tell they love their jobs…………………………………….. :) I would go back again and recommend this resort………………………………………………………..

    Great time at Royalton Chic Cancun

    My husband and I had a great vacation at the Royalton Chic Cancun. The fitness classes were amazing, lovely view at the gym overlooking the ocean! The view in our room was also spectacular, we loved it! A big thanks to our butlers Gilbert and Marisol for being very attentive to our big group, making our stay even more enjoyable.     Excellent

    Great stay. The amenities were on point. Enjoyed the spa massage and hydro therapy. Good selection of resteraunts including the buffet. My room was very clean and spacious. The sunset view was lovely. Glad we upgraded to diamond for the top notch service from our butlers Samara and Iran!

    GILBERT & MARISOL ARE THE BEST BUTLERS. DIAMOND CLUB IS THE WAY TO GO!!!

    The resort was extremely nice and very clean. It seems like every time you turn around they were mopping./sweeping the floors with soapy water. I chose to get a room in the diamond club and was blessed with two of the most wonderful butlers Gilbert & Marisol, who were so attentive, and would randomly check on us throughout the day, or meet us at our reservations, just to make sure that everything was satisfactory. Because of their A+ service, I am now wanting to book at the Royalton CHIC in Punta Cana for my birthday in two months. I know I will not get Mirasol & Gilbert in PC(sad face ☹️)… but fingers crossed that I get butlers that demonstrate the same excellent service as those two. Diamond club is the way to go, and I will never book anything less… MUCHO GRACIAS POR SU EXCELENTE SERVICO FAMILIA!!!! 😘😄

    Freighbor's Vacay

    Friends/Neighbors=Freighbor's Vacay! What a week! TS members. Booked OF rooms. Received DC,OF rooms plus 2 awesome butlers, Marisol & Gilbert. Someone was avl 8am-11pm if needed. We never had a problem getting 8 chairs at the beach in the morning before breakfast. Favorite dinner was Chopstix. We would've ate here every night! Least favorite was Sky. Seafood just didn't taste fresh the night we went. We left and went to the buffet afterwards. Daily entertainment around the pool was loud and nonstop. If you don't like it, sit at the beach, the ocean drowns the noise enough. We did have a problem with entertainment at night. Each night was a theme show that started at 9 followed by techno music. My age group is above 40 so techno wasn't our vibe at all which meant us going to our rooms early every night. If the resort really reads this, provide other music listening in other bar areas.
