This hotel is the true meaning of all inclusive. There was a ton of food, drinks, and activities all day. My butler, Sandra, was just amazing! She kept me updated on activities and always reached out to see if we needed anything. We had a nice stay, but weren’t too impressed with the food.

Best Hotel and staff
This was such an amazing experience, and we owe it all to our wonderful Butler Ricardo. He was always so attentive to all of our needs. Anything that we needed or didn't know we need he was right there to offer his services. The food was great, staff was amazing.

Great atmosphere
Had a great time at the Royalton CHIC. Everyone was very inviting and friendly. Our butler, Gilbert was great. Always checking in on us if we needed anything. Met all my expectations. Rooms were nice and clean. One little complaints were the elevators.

It was beautiful
This place was really quite nice and the service was excellent. Diamond club is worth the money if you drink 40 drinks a day like I did. The butler service was great as well, Gilbert was our man and his ability to answer questions and get us what we needed was on point.

Luxury resort love it
All services are very good. The entertainments were excellent. Elena and all staff on the pool were great. Thanks all. Food restaurants very good. I will go back again. Goooooooooood trippppppppppp. Looooooooooooooveeeee very muchhhh.
