The hotel is very boring, food was underwhelming and customer service is very poor(raw food and cold). Only the night bar staff specifically (Bianca G and Berry were very excellent). Some of the staff members were quite unpleasant and rude.

The service was poor; however, the night staff at the lobby bar (Bianca G and Berry) was amazing and they made the experience less insufferable. Additionally, there was no working iron in the rooms. Not to mention the undercooked wings we got at the sports bar!

Do NOT stay here
Probably the worst travel experience I’ve ever had. Avoid this place at all costs. The staff had an issue with my reservation. They told me to contact Marriott. Marriott told me to discuss with the staff. Did not get the room or club access I paid For, even after showing the reservation. Service otherwise is mediocre at best. Drinks are bad. Food (especially room service) is awful. I wanted to leave two days in. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here…unless you want totally incompetence and a good laugh.

Excellent service from Tamieka
Excellent service from the staff especially Tamieka made the trip very personal for me and my family. Outstanding hotel amazing staff so friendly. No matter what we wanted we were always looked after. The kids want to go back next year just for the service. One love Mr Sherives

Camille made our trip!
Great hotel, great food and lots of friendly staff. Camille in the coffee bar made our trip, she was so friendly and nice we found ourselves coming back multiple times each day to see her. She’s a credit to the hotel. The cocktails were also great and staff on the beach would often order and bring us drinks - this was very welcomed. Everyone on the vibes team was also very friendly, energetic and brought good energy. To improve the hotel, the entertainment of the main shows could go on until later and only one show at a time (as opposed to one at hideaway and one at Royalton)
