    Brilliant service!

    Chevanese was so amazing each day ensuring our party was tended to and extremely thoughtful especially when bringing the babies yummy ice cream treats in the afternoons!!! Thank you Chevanese!!! We look forward to booking another stay!!

    Chevanese Bygrve did a great job! Went out of her way to help us she was great she got us lunch and served us with a great attitude. We are very appreciative of her ability to manage the pool area. Her attitude made us feel right at home and happy to be here

    Job well done team lobby bar

    My teacher day was every well spend. The welcome drink was delicious . The jerk and sand grill was nice and pool bar was great . Amazing job from Berry & Bianca G in lobby blue water bar. I like how the supervisor respect Bianca G and Berry vibes in the lobby. When the lobby was closing we meet kelvin. He was polite and friendly

    My teacher day

    Berry & Bianca G is the vibes for the whole resort. I was here for teacher day and my special day was well spent with the lobby blue evening team. I will recommend anyone to check the lobby blue vibes. The jerk hurt and the buffet was amazing. Good energy from the B&B team

    Beautiful but not luxurious and mostly cranky staff

    This is not a 5 star resort for sure. It has all the elements to be a 5 star resort, but the maintenance and the service is mediocre at best. We are in the Hideaway section and the only employee so far that seems to like his job is the bartender in the lobby bar. Our room smells like cigarettes. There’s no beach chairs in the hideaway section so we have to go with to the main beach with kids. No beach attendants. Food is good. The main problem really is the rundown resort and bad customer service. I could go on but if you pay anything more than $2000 canadian you can find a better resort for sure. We also had a power outage and missed our supper on day one. Checking in was a long and frustrating process. It’s still beautiful here, just not the best value for travellers.
