Chevanese Bygrave was the best! We had the absolute pleasure of being served by a young, beautiful woman who truly went above and beyond during our stay. She worked tirelessly to make sure we had the most amazing drinks, always with a smile and such a warm, welcoming attitude. Her service was impeccable, and she stood out as the best staff member at the entire resort. We couldn’t have been more pleased with her efforts and professionalism. She made our experience truly unforgettable—thank you Chavanese!

Good for families/ great service
Had an amazing visit and would definitely recommend and visit with my family again. Poolside service from Chevanese was TOP NOTCH. We looked for her daily and she took good care of us. Our butler Demar was really good too. Food/ drinks were probably the best of any all- inclusive I've stayed at.

Great Time At Royalton
Bianca from the beach was ab absolute fantastic barmaid. Thanks to her anticipating our every need we did not have to move from our sunlounger. One thing however stop making them wear tights in this heat shantel always on time she was great always.

Another Amazing Stay at the Royalton Resort!
This was our third time visiting this beautiful resort, and it continues to exceed our expectations! We traveled with friends and our two young kids, and once again, we had a fantastic experience. The food was exceptional with a wide variety to choose from, ensuring everyone found something they loved. The staff, as always, was friendly and quick to respond to any requests. Our rooms were spotless, and the property was well-maintained, with clean pools that were always lively and fun thanks to the engaging and interactive activities organized by the staff. The beach was also a highlight — it was well-kept and swept several times a day, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy the sun. The resort’s team was incredibly helpful, especially when it came to booking dinner at the a la carte restaurants. Since we were a party of six with two young kids, it wasn’t always easy to get a reservation at convenient times, but the staff worked with us to find a solution, and we were able to dine comfortably together. A special mention goes to the barmen, who were wonderful with the kids, creating a wide range of delicious, kid-friendly drinks on the spot. Special thanks to Theodore for his exceptional attention and accommodations during our stay! P.S. After reading some recent negative reviews about this resort, we were initially worried, but knowing the Royalton chain, we were skeptical. However, none of the concerns turned out to be true, and we are already planning our next vacation to the Royalton Resort. Overall, the Royalton resort continues to impress, and we are already looking forward to our next visit. The experience was amazing once again, and we’ll definitely be back!

Small resort, the room was clean. The beach is nice and the food average but the staff made my stay a 4 and not a 3 star. Big shout out to Whitney in the gym. She was amazing and pleasant. She helped my family whether we were in the gym or lounging at the pool. She is a gem. Happy birthday once more Whitney, you deserve a raise for your birthday.
