    Great service Jesus was great. excellent service he deserves a raise. he made sure we were confortable. he is a grwat guid. the overall experience was great the excursion was phenomenal. super fun. the food was great. and volley ball was a great time as well

    HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED- Destination Wedding

    I am writing this review prior to our trip as I am highly disappointed in this resorts wedding services. My friend has planned her perfect destination wedding at this resort. Everyone had booked and they wait until a month before the ceremony to send her picture of the venue area. This area looks like a place to hold a luau not a wedding. It’s very dark, not inviting at all. These are not the pictures shown on the website. The website shows a white gazebo on the beach.. something you would expect for a destination wedding. My friend and the wedding planner reached out to the resort for some sort of compromise and they were met with condescension. No apologies- nothing. No explanation of why this change so close to the wedding date. My friend has dreamed of this day for the past 50+ years. She had suffered so much loss ( her mother, her brother, & her 3 aunts) all in weeks of each other. Now her father has Stage 4 cancer.. this may be her breaking point. I would like the resort to make this right ASAP. Her wedding date is/was June 29th. I am attaching the picture of the venue she was told at first and the one they are trying to place her in now. Fix it NOW!

    I came to Punta Cana for my best friends wedding. It was an amazing experience. The country is so beautiful, people too

    Jesús was an excellent butler. Extremely attentive and resourceful. When I return I plan to request Jesús again! Jesús was friendly and made great suggestions for food and activities. Other resort employees that stood out to me were Nicole, Yesica, and Reimy. Nicole and Yesica were friendly, resourceful, and helped Jesús take care of me. These three provided well rounded support for my stay. Reimy was fun and friendly and bar tended our wedding reception. Juan Carlos who was bar tending at the main lobby was also really

    Get that Diamond feeling!

    This is a beautiful resort with activities for people of all ages. We tried many of the dining options and they were all consistently good. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We booked the Diamond level and were assigned an extraordinary ‘Butler’ Freylin Sosa to assist us during our stay. The quality of his service was so high that we would recommend this resort and the Diamond level to anyone based on his performance alone.

    Memorable!!!

    Freylin Sosa, is a treasure, he made my experience at Royalton Bavaro, very memorable and took care of my family as there was many of us. Thank you so much Freylin, this trip is something I will always remember and hope to return. Sincerely Aaron Cuff
