We had such a good experience. Diamond club was worth the upgrade. I went with a group of six and had a great time. Adonis and Abraham really made sure we had everything we needed or wanted. We celebrated a birthday and Adonis went over and beyond to make sure her day was special

My butler(Adonis)!!! made my stay exceptional!
I celebrated my 40th birthday at the Royalton Bavaro. We upgraded to diamond club which I highly suggest. What made my vacation top tier was our butler Adonis. He was absolutely amazing!!! He made sure we had reservations and whatever we wanted to do he made it happen. He was just the absolute best. When we had a request he made it happen. He made my trip!

Royalton Bravaro Punta Cana
We stayed at this Punta Cana Bavaro for my sister‘s 40th birthday. We chose diamond status, which was the best decision because we were paired with Adonis and Abraham as our butlers. They gave us five star service , was attentive to every detail and walked us through anything we needed or wanted to know. We had an absolutely wonderful experience here would recommend 10/10.

Amazing Butler service- Adonis made the difference
I’ve been to a few Royalton in a few different countries and this by far was the best experience. The level of personal service surpassed excellence. Our Butler Adonis made sure things were properly set up and exceptional no matter what we had planned from our boat excursion to dinner and even our spa treatments. He was naturally in tune with our needs and one step ahead making sure those needs were met! He along with his partner Abraham were the biggest difference makers in my experience. When I come back I only want them taking care of me!!

Girls trip-Royalton Bavaro
Royalton Diamond club Bavaro was a top notch vacation for our girls trip celebrating our sisters 40th birthday. We had the Diamond club upgrade and felt that was a great addition for a group. Upon arrival we were taken to a special lounge, while check in happened we were able to eat and drink. So easy, so fast and so exclusive. We also had Butler services with Diamond club and our Bulters Adonis and Abraham were 5 star. Adonis went above and beyond, from making all of our dinner reservations our spa reservations to ensuring our rooms were cleaned and well stocked. Both Adonis and Abraham were great at communicating via WhatsApp and would check on us often to see if we needed anything. They also helped arrange transportation off the resort, ensured we had breakfast sent to our room, helped us pack and not forget stuff upon our exit. Just to name a few. We felt like VIPs the entire trip because of Adonis and Abraham . Outside of that, the resort grounds were beautiful and ALL the staff was friendly and pleasant. We enjoyed the spa, beach, pools, lazy river, room swim out, gym. All of these places were excellent. Restaurants we really liked was Oceanside on for dinner. On our 1st night Lucerino the main attendant in this restaurant provided a dinner experience that could not be matched! He took the opportunity to learn our likes and then chef ordered our meals, we just had to eat. And we LOVED everything he choose for us, and he initiated the staff ending it with a birthday song and dance for our sister. Hunters food and service was also great. Zen was okay, the hibachi chefs skills and humor was basic. Rooms were worn and outdated a bit with a sewage smell, they give you an air spray which smells good it just doesn't last. All in all, we had am amazing trip and I am a pretty hard reviewer.
