The hotel is nice and clean , rooms are spacious and we have a lovely view. The staff was super helpful, especially Adrian and Pedro and Daniel at the reception check in. They explained everythig well and answered all the questions. Great experience 👍😊

Amazing!!!!
Had an amazing experience Pedro and Daniel were the best made check in a breeze and the trip start perfectly!!! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience from check in to car parking it’s been amazing!!!! Would recommend this place to anyone

The resort was all around good with all outdoor areas close to each other. It didn’t seem busy which was nice. The food at Marco polo was excellent and the kids club was perfect for myself and my granddaughter with great service from Suleica,Odette,Emi and Mariana.

Adrian and Daniel were very welcoming and accommodating to my little family of 4. Check in was a breeze and the service was amazing. Will definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to come and enjoy with there family and even as a couple. Thank you again Adrian and daniel

Great service, food choices and hospitality
My sister and I visited for a long weekend at the end of January. The resort staff was friendly. They went above and beyond in service, courtesy, and hospitality. We arrived around 12:30pm, and they offered us the ability to check in early. When we had a problem figuring how to control the climate of our room. Adrian at the front desk assured our comfort by sending a HVAC technician to attend to our concern, and changing our room to keep us from being inconvenienced. Their were several restaurants to choose from, plus buffets, pizzerias, sushi and snack bars. The main pool area was alive with activity, and the pool area next store allowed for a quiet poolside experience. I honeymooned here 32 years ago and I was pleased, and I was pleased again, We will surely return and explore other resorts in the future.
