    Great stay. Beach team is amazing

    Came to the Royal Palm with two friends for a winter getaway. The pool and beach were perfect. The food and drinks were on point. The service was friendly and great. Malahy and Jeff took amazing care of us. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend.

    Amazing beach day

    Jeffrey and Harisson took care of with the best service and attention had an amazing sunny beach day thank you so much. I will defiantly come back for another beach day and bring all my friends and family ❤️🙏🏼 there is no better place than miami.

    Beach experience

    The staff was the best! Specially Harrison, he took good care of us during our stay at the beach. He prepared the chairs for us and offered refreshments. He also came to check on us to see if everything was good several times. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone

    Great mid priced hotel- beach front

    Loved our trip at this beach front hotel. The housekeepers did a wonderful job at cleaning our room and they're speedy with requests (towels, blankets, ect). Orlando, Jeffrey, and the other guys, who handle the beach chairs, umbrellas and day beds, were very kind and knowledgeable. We loved the convenience of walking out of the room to the beach. The rooms are a little tired but with everything else that is offered it felt okay. Breakfast buffet could use a little work, but was a nice option. Would come back again.

    Amazing service.

    The service and staff were absolutely amazing. Even the tiniest details don’t go unnoticed. The kindness of all of the workers were amazing. Jeffrey helped us and Orlando helped us with the umbrella. The service is unmatched. I will definitely go here again.
