COMFORTABLE HOTEL, GREAT LOCATION (NEAR THE BEACH AND LINCOLN MALL) AND THE ROOMS WHERE VERY PLEASENT. THE ONLY THING I WOULD ADD IS BIG LIGHTS ON THE CEILING, BECAUSE THE OTHER LIGHTS AREN’T BRIGHT ENOUGH. GREAT SERVICE FROM VALENTINA, THE RECEPCIONIST.

Hello, Harryson was able to assist me with beach towels, chairs and umbrella on the beach both on 12/17 and 12/18. He was very professional and has made my day here. I look forward to coming and staying here and getting the chairs and umbrella from Harryson. He’s a great example of what the service industry is lacking. Thank you Harryson and see ya in a few months again.

Boris is the reason we will come back. He was polite, accommodating, warm and did everything with a smile to make us feel great. However, the hotel needs some work. The rooms didn’t cool to the appropriate temperature. The gym ( I have a video) is not equipped with the correct standard things a gym should possess. The bathroom did not have soap, hand sanitizer and towels. The coffee shops computers were down the morning of 12/19. Very friendly staff will allow us to come back but the hotel does need a few tweaks to be considered excellent.

Great staff
I enjoyed my stay at the Royal Palm. All the staff were amazing. Especially, Sol the bartender. She was very kind and has excellent customer service. There are two more employees that I would love to recognize, but I didn’t get their names. One worked in the breakfast area and the other worked in valet. The only reason why I rated this hotel as a 4/5 is because the furniture in the room. All the furniture and the balcony door looked like it was worn down and needed to be replaced. I was waiting for a survey from the hotel, but haven’t received one yet.

A good choice!
Beach access was great, and Von and Nickson work hard to ensure that your time down at the water is pleasant and comfortable. Great customer service and friendly staff in the breakfast area as well. Bathrooms are a bit outdated but it was a good stay overall.
