Thanks to my concierge Isidro Beltrán for his kind attention to me and my family. We feel very lucky to visit you and we hope to return soon and continue finding friendly people who treat us as if we were at home. Thank you very much to everyone, especially Isidro, who really treated us very well.

The best wedding anniversary!
We went to celebrate our anniversary and our stay at this place was the best!! The food and service are the most remarkable. The facilities were always clean as well as the room and the beautiful beach! Their cuisine is delicious. My favorite restaurant was Palazzo and the manager Adriana always served us impeccably. But we want to thank our concierge Cipriano who was perfect, always attentive to us and helped us at all times, scheduling tours and making our stay pleasant. Thank you all. We already want to come back again!

Best experience for us with the best Concierge to guide us
I cannot say enough about how wonderful this resort is. The grounds, food & staff were impeccable. I would like to give a special acknowledgment of Cipriano our concierge. He went above and beyond to make our experience special. Consistently checked in on us during our week to see how we were and was always readily available to assist. He 100% made a difference for us. Best beach ever
I had an amazing time here. Beach is amazing and food never dissapoints. Each building has a Concierge. Karla was ours and was great help. You can call or email for dinner reservations in case you are picky about time. Otherwise, Concierge will take care.This is not a party place. Beware

Amazing
My stay was amazing! From the moment we arrived, Fernanda was an excellent concierge. She was very attentive, helped us with restaurant reservations, and made sure everything went smoothly. The hotel is perfect for relaxing, and we’ll definitely be back soon. Thank you, Fer, for taking care of our vacation!
