    Very good hotel

    Great location in the center for city tours. Great well equipped room. Bathroom clean and large enough. Super friendly staff and who make the effort to speak a little French. Full buffet breakfast with various products.

    What a DISAPPOINTMENT

    The property looks like a 4-star Boutique Hotel. My stay of February 20 with departure 21. Cold Room I asked to change rooms and the other room proposed had freezing temperature. after insistence granted stove. Morning follows you, from about 8. 00 am woken abruptly by violent noises of roadworks in the hotel (above my room. jackhammer, drills and hammers) have incessantly gone on until 11.40 am when I decided, stunned and exhausted, to leave the hotel. Nice hotel but not even the basic services were met. I told reception that they should not accept reservations under those conditions... Deaf ears. BAD experience.

    Always a pleasure!

    Hotel a few steps from Santa Maria Novella station, ideal if you travel by train. Very elegant common areas, clean and well-kept large rooms, breakfast until 10.30. We had two pillows each, the kettle in the room and a rich toiletries set for hygiene. Friendly and helpful reception staff, always ready to provide information to visit Florence. Very kind also the waiters in charge of breakfast, especially the blonde and curly lady who serves cappuccino with a heart on it: it is always a pleasure to see her again. A little advice. In the buffet there should be some typical Florentine desserts, in addition to croissants and cakes, good but a bit "discounted". Next time I expect a Florentine-style schiacciata, a fisherman's bread or a pan di ramerino, in addition to the heart on the cappuccino!

    Great hotel for a short trip to florence

    Excellent hotel near the center and the station , also excellent restaurant benedicta , friendly and helpful staff . Clean rooms ours was garden side interior, with window also in the bathroom a plus! Spa nice and it is nice idea to reserve it only to the customer for an hour.

    Rivoli Family Stay

    Just had a pleasant stay at this hotel. We had a family room and it was quite spacious. The front staff was so helpful with restaurant recommendations. It’s so close to the train station that we utilized to go on a few excursions. The breakfast was perfect to get the day started and everyone who worked there was so nice and kind. The location is near everything!! It’s next to a great restaurant that makes the truffle pasta;-Osteria Pastella. My only recommendation is to add smart tv streams for evening viewing and possibly more outlets in the rooms/ bathroom. Overall, I would stay here again and recommend to any traveler.
