The Worst Hotel I Have Ever Stayed
This disgraceful hotel is nothing more than embersement to the Marriott brand. The reserved room was king bed, but I received twin bed. Placing two beds along each other doesn’t magically make them a single bed. The AC in both the room and gym did not work, and I was there in August, when it can’t get anymore hot and humid. The food was contaminated as the whole breakfast buffet full of flies and the coffee machine was full of ants. Simply disgusting and non of the staff does anything. I was asked by the front desk to settle extra charge for laundry in the amount of 280 EUR. I asked to verify with my bank that the card was indeed not charged yet. In response the hotel blocked my room card so that I won’t be able to access my room until I settle the payment. The hotel refused to let me spend the night in the room I pre-paid for more then 500 EUR/Night, because an unpaid extra charge of 280 EUR, which I have asked to check with my bank before I’m paying. I’ve stayed in hotels at third-world countries and that is something I have never experienced and will never forget. After checking out, the hotel refused to credit me nights & points. These credited only after I have made a complaint to the Bonvoy team. I have stayed there for business just because they were the only available option in the area at the time, but this is without a doubt the WORST hotel I have ever stayed and the Marriott should be aware of it. Especially the decision to block guest’s room card, for a room he pre-paid for, which is decision on the verge of criminal.

Disappointing
Staying in the Marriott at present. Was hoping to get an earlier check in but the previous guest had a late checkout so not possible. We did get a room to wait in but had to leave for an appointment before our room was ready so after a long wait at reception when we arrived back at 19.30 we finally got our room. Small, outdated and totally overpriced, two cans of water to be shared between three people. One toilet roll. Batteries not working in remote. Pool area very small with very few sunbeds. Also when our son arrived to join us after a long flight and despite having lots of identification, because of all the inconvenience couldn’t find his passport and was denied access to the room. It totally ruined our day. It’s an outdated, overpriced hotel.

Few steps from Monaco!
It’s a nice small hotel by the boarder of Monaco. They have one small pool and a restaurant. I booked a room with a port view and balcony, views was nice but there was strong smell in the room once o checked on, im not sure if it was mold, cigarette or something else I had to keep balcony window open for 20 minutes to get rid of it. They have a convenient shuttle ride to Monte Carlo every hour! Hotel is only steps away from Monaco and I couldn’t ask for more! If you’re visiting Monaco this is the very right hotel for you.

Nice Hotel - but a Bit Expensive
A nice hotel in a great location, but rate was a bit high for the room. The location is on the marina and all rooms seem to face the ocean. The breakfast was very nice. Waits at front desk were sometimes lengthy to get questions answered. The free shuttle to Monaco was great, but it was a one way trip, as they could not bring people back to the hotel.
