Fue nuestro primera vista y debe decir que quede súper conforme , creo que las instalaciones son adecuadas , cómodas y con gran variedad , mejoraría el control de algunos visitantes

Magnifique séjour, hâte d'y retourner!
Séjour de 10 jours fin avril 2025. Emplacement : à 1h de l'aéroport, un peu éloigné du centre animé de Playa Del Carmen, mais des taxis disponibles et de nombreuses boutiques de souvenirs à 5 min à pied. Plage: magnifique! Couleur et température de l'eau justes incroyables! Attention, des algues malgré le travail permanent pour les retirer. Les animateurs nous ont dit qu'en novembre décembre, il y en avait moins. Cela dit, ça ne nous a pas gênés pour les baignades. Passé 5m, il n'y en a plus et on a pied très loin! (Un plus pour les enfants, mais un moins pour ceux qui voudraient nager). Chambres: nickel, ménage parfait, attention, pas de porte dans la salle de bain, ce qui limite l'intimité. Propreté de l'hôtel en général : très bien, les toilettes partagées étaient très propres. Néanmoins, l'ambiance festive peut dériver et amener certaines dérives (consommation d'alcool dans les piscines avec les déboires qu'on peut imaginer...). Nourriture: très bien et diversifiée pour un all inclusive compte tenu du nombre de repas préparés chaque jour. Animations: ceux qui cherchent des activités seront comblés, il y a toujours quelque-chose à faire! Nous recommandons vivement l'hôtel Riu Yucatan.

I can't praise the Riu team enough. What an experience staying at this hotel for two weeks. There is something for everyone. The management and staff from Reception to Cleaning do a fantastic job. Highly recommended.

Excellent hotel
Just returned from yet another fantastic vacation at the Riu Yucatan. Our third visit there and before that we have stayed twice at the Riu Tequila. Both wonderful hotels with terrific staff. The beds are gigantic - however way too hard in our opinion.

Great Stay
I stayed at Hotel Riu Yucatán from January 3rd to 5th, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. What stood out the most to me was the wide variety of activities available at the resort; you’re never short on things to do. There's something for everyone, whether it’s lounging by the pool, exploring the beautiful beach, or enjoying the resort’s entertainment options. The service truly exceeded my expectations. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
