Well, all I can say is outstanding service from the Riu Reggae, and that is in every single department. This hotel is spotless, relaxing, and so much fun. Every staff member wants to help you to ensure that you are having the best experience. When I say everyone smiles at you and says hello, they do; the vibe is just lovely. Water sports are included in your all-inclusive, so we went out on the peddle boats; this is the first time we have ever been on holiday, and we did not have to pay for this service. We did the party boat and snorkeling experience with the hotel, and it was excellent. The price was reasonable, and the experience was great. Our standout person has to be Christina in the evening main restaurant, who is fantastic and our favorite person (everyone was amazing). Every evening we returned to her dining section, she would greet us with a smile and look after us, going above and beyond to ensure we were happy during the evening. Even when we saw her throughout the afternoon, she would ask us how our day had been and what we had been up to. She nick names us "family." The food was amazing; with a wide range of options, like jerk chicken at the beach hut every day and authentic Jamaican food served every day, along with lots of other options, there was something for everyone. This vibe on this holiday is chill and have a good time. The entertainment team works hard from morning till night to ensure you are entertained. The entertainment provided is amazing from a group of super talented people; they really do work hard. The foam part was epic. Just when I thought our holday was winding down before we were leaving, that little gem just ended our holiday nicely. When I say everyone in every department we came face to face with in this hotel works hard to make you happy, they do! I could go on and on how amazing this holiday was, but I will stop here. One thing I will highlight though is taking some US dollars to tip. I believe in tipping, and for the service we got in this hotel, I would do it all over again tomorrow. We got back on Monday and have booked up to return next year.

Need more selection in Jamaican food other then jerk chicken like oxtails curry chicken coco bread ginger juice and mor

Riu Reggae was an enjoyable all-inclusive, all adult resort for our anniversary celebration. Staff seemed to care about the area and grounds. Food Buffet was a wonderful variety. Not overly impressive with the food at two of the onsite restaurants (steak at both was not good at all). Service was good! Breakfast buffet was good but began to get too redundant by day three. There is a lot of entertainment, and the team does a great job. Some nights could have had more...games (bingo, or something else). We are not excessive drinkers, so that was not a plus for us. I appreciated being close to the airport, and planes overhead was not an issue at all. I like that there are standards at food areas and people need to be dressed appropriately and not bring pool towels. But there was one incident it was not strictly enforced. Pools are nice but need to be cleaned frequently (lots of traffic and drinking). Only issue was the distance from our room to the pool and general areas.

Wow, had the most fantastic time Hotel is spottless, food amazing Staff are fantastic, this is a party hotel so if you want peece and quiet, dont go here, but if you wanna let your hair down then this is the one for you. Entertainment is fantastic all day long. There is a mixture of all ages here , we are in our 60s , and didnt feel out of place. A big shout out to our tui rep tracy, a lovely helpfull lady, we flew in to a tropical storm, and woke to our room flooded out.the hotel were quick to clean and resolve the issue, and tracy arranged a little reembursment from tui. She also joined in on the stage and in the pool foam party, Some great moves tracy. X We really had a fantastic time. Went to bob marleys house, Black river cruise, and ys falls Trips wernt cheap, but worth it. I cannot fault this hotel at all.

Relaxing time
Winston was the best bar tender!! Food was good, had options every evening. Entertainment was nice and well done to all dancers for their performances.
