May 03, 2025Don't book it, there's plenty of other places to stay.
The bed was comfy, shower was great. Breakfast, lots to choose from but was only warm. It was like a cattle market. Ramon, bellboy was great, very helpful and friendly. We arrived early through no fault of our own. Checked in but totally understood our room wouldn't be ready for some time. Check-in staff stated they would send an email, they didn't!! We returned to hotel about 5.15 pm, our room was virtually ready, the lady on the desk, Mery was miserable and sour faced, no apology. We will not return to this hotel.

Soggiorno fantastico nel cuore di new York vicino a time square e a tanti ristoranti. Ottima colazione, mai attese nonostante l hotel fosse pienissimo. Stanza sempre pulita. Consigliatissimo

Hotel muy bien ubicado, a dos calles de Times Square y junto a los teatros de Brodway. Central Park y Rockefeler Center también están muy cerca, por lo que se pueden visitar a pie. Además cuenta con estaciones de metro y la estación de autobuses, El desayuno bufet muy variado, de calidad y muy bueno. Es un hotel 100%recomendable

Ottimo rapporto qualità- prezzi
Le stanze sono davvero piccole ma ,considerando il rapporto qualità- prezzo, direi che possono andare . Peccato l’ eliminazione del ristorante cosi comodo quando si torna alla sera dopo le lunghe camminate in nyc. Ottima posizione e buona pulizia camere

Great hotel
Lovely hotel were the staff can't do enough for you. Great breakfast and step out the door 2 mins from time square. The only things I would ask is that they could let you know that there is a $200 security deposit required. Would thoroughly recommend and hope to be back in the future.
