Came for New Year’s Eve and I could not have been happier with my room. We received a free upgrade at check in and they kept the surprises coming since it was New Year’s. I’ll keep the secret in case you don’t know what to expect.

Location was great as we had Times Square and Central Park all in close vicinity. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was very good. So many options

Amazing Trip
The hotel was spotless. No faults at all. Staff were remarkable. Polite, Professional and they could not do enough for you. Would highly recommend this hotel. Right in the middle of Times Square in New York.

Overall our stay was great, the breakfast buffet had a great variety of foods. The frosted glass walls for the bathroom are not great if you are sharing a room with anyone other than a significant other. We chose the "family" room think we would have a little bit more space, however, the space between the beds in the is non-existent and pathetic. Also, the minifridge appeared to be an after thought. I would have been great if there was a mirror over the desk so that one could apply makeup while someone else was occupying the bathroom.

Hotel review
Thank you we had a lovely time in a great location. Hotel staff really helpful and kind . Room was cleaned everyday , had a good section of food for breakfast could maybe do more for vegan but I think you can ask staff for more options. Had a great stay would recommend
