Located in the heart of the city , very safe and the facilities and the rooms are up to date and very clean also the 27th floor is a bonus and its free!! will definitely book here again!

1st Class Accommodation Great Location
From check in to check out, experienced the best in service and comfort. Staff was very helpful including moving my many bags from the taxi arrival to the room.

Gostamos muito do hotel. Localização perfeita. Recepção super movimentada e ao mesmo tempo funcional. Staff nota 10. Concierge com boa dicas e um barzinho muito agradável. Ponto alto do hotel é o Rooftop no último andar. Simplesmente fantástico.

Klasse hotel met mooie rooftopbar
Zeer vriendelijk personeel in dit klasse hotel. Mooie uitzichten. Leuke rooftopbar, sfeervol met muziek 's avonds. Wel druk en aanschuiven voor een tafeltje!

First time and it won't be the last time
Excellent service, location and rooms. We had an overnight layover in Madrid after a long and fast week in Barcelona and Valencia. This hotel was for our last night in Spain and I just wanted to book something in a decent location where we could rest our heads before leaving the following morning. The location is excellent on Gran Via, and the area is safe, albeit a bit touristy, but that's what you'll get on the Gran Via. The room was large, clean and well appointed. The breakfast was good. The thing we appreciated the most was the service. Everyone had a smile and were eager to help. Will definitely stay again.
