Mar 31, 2025Très bon hôtel en plein cœur du quartier gay
Cet hôtel est très agréable, offrant tout le confort moderne qu’on pouvait espérer. La chambre est spacieuse, avec une vue sur la ville (9ème étage), une très bonne literie, une grande douche à l’italienne et des toilettes séparées. Seul petit souci, les prises électriques sous les tables de chevet ne fonctionnaient pas, mais heureusement qu’il y avait une multiprise électrique disponible. Le buffet du petit déjeuner était très bon, avec du sucré et du salé. Il est très bien situé, en plein cœur du quartier gay, et à 5 minutes à pieds du métro.

Good Hotel overall, Great Value.
We've stayed in this Hotel a few times now, overall we really like this Hotel, Riu Plaza Berlin. Each time we stay, the hotel grows on us more. Location is excellent. It's extremely clean throughout. Rooms are comfortable. Great value for money. Most staff are friendly, 'Pamina' on the Front Desk/Reception is excellent, her customer service skills & friendliness should be commended, such genuine interactions with us. Great ✅️ ✅️ Spotlessly clean throughout ✅️ Great Housekeeping ✅️ Large rooms ✅️ Comfortable beds ✅️ Great bathrooms ✅️ Good bar service ✅️ Most staff are friendly (Pamina on nightshift is EXCELLENT) ✅️ Great location ✅️ Riu Class Diamond status recognised with two free drinks at the hotel bar ✅️ Great gym Could be improved ❌️ ❌️ Bar area is a bit too small & tucked away, should be moved & located on the front corner of the hotel (which would generate outside customers & profits for the hotel) ❌️ Restaurant is cramped & should be made larger, possibly by permanently extending it into the bar area & moving the Bar into the lobby area ❌️ Scaffolding present on some of the hotel, which has been there for a long time & looks tatty

Very nice hotel. Close to public transport. Breakfast very good. Welcoming staff. The bedding is to be reviewed... very hard mattress, soft pillow and bed linen almost holed.

Very good, it is very clean, the view is great the location is perfect we didn’t even need to use the taxi and there is free parking

Very good hotel
Very good hotel in an unbeatable area. Rooms and service offered very good. To put a but, the high price of breakfast of 25 euros/person.
