I would like to commend the outstanding work of an exceptional person whom I had the pleasure of meeting during my stay at the Riu Playa Park Hotel. A girl named Katarina, who works at the reception, showed exceptional dedication and professionalism in her work. Her kindness and willingness to help guests made my stay pleasant and unforgettable. She was always smiling, provided useful information and easily solved any problem. Her dedication to her work and positive attitude are truly commendable, and I believe she is a great example to all her colleagues at the hotel. I wish her much success in her future career!

A perfect stay
We stayed 5 days in Mallorca and at the hotel riu playa Park, and we are delighted with it both from the place and the hotel, everything is available to make everything go well , friendly staff and making the effort to try to speak our language or understand us. We ate well, we were close to the sea and shops. We plan to return in 2 years with our children because we found the place safe. Plenty of places to visit

Hotel itself fine, very friendly staff. Rooms super: spacious and bright. Unfortunately no air conditioning despite all day sun (centrally controlled). Location a few minutes walk from beach. But a lot of nuisance from German youth! Who then drink a lot of alcohol and make a lot of noise in the hallways at night. Unfortunately, this gives the hotel a negative review!

The stay was pleasant, with a buffet offering a wide choice. Only small downside: some desserts were sometimes still frozen. The staff is very welcoming and smiling, and adapts well to different languages. We recommend the RIU Playa Park hotel.
