We were very pleased with all aspects of our recent holiday. Particularly the RIU Palace Hotel : Our room was modern and clean. Housekeeping was really good. Food and choice was great and the friendliness/helpfulness of all staff made us feel very welcome. Entertainment was provided every evening and was very enjoyable. Pools and grounds were clean and well kept. Thanks to the management who obviously work hard to provide such a good experience.

Overall
Overall super staff. Especially Niya and Anna in pool and bar area. All staff look really happy and always want to please. The only thing I would like to see change are the Sunbed towels and room towels

Excellent hotel
Excellent hotel and service, would definitely return. Only critique would be ants in the bathroom along the basin and by the fridge/coffee making area in the room, just needs a bit of maintenance. Everything else was brilliant and staff were really friendly.

Fantastic holiday
We stayed here mid April. What a fabulous time we had. Room was perfect - everything was perfect. Just loved it. Will definitely be returning as soon as possible.

Chill Hotel
Great hotel, food great, staff brilliant, room impeccable. The only negative was once the entertainment had finished at 10.30pm there was no atmosphere. It could do with some background chill music in the main hotel to relax and mingle with a nice disaranno. The hotel is located at the end of the main seafront which if you want a little more of the nightlife/bars don't stay here it a fair walk or €10 in a taxi. Great hotel though for a chill week away.
