What impressed me the most was how clean and how friendly the staff were. We enjoyed all the restaurants. Our room was so clean and was so quiet too. The towel art on bed each night was such nice surprise daily. I didn't enjoy having the bathroom with no door. If one would wake during the night the light and sound of the sink would wake the other up. We had no trouble finding chairs by pool or beach. The entertainment should have continuous music playing earlier and not shut off when staff takes lunch. We enjoyed the water aerobic classes. All staff, from the waiters, desk checkin, bar staff, activity staff, towel hut person and grounds keepers work so very hard.

The room, grounds and buffets were very clean. Enjoyed the shops, and the staff were always accommodating. We loved it all!

Great place
Great place our 4 time here we love it here our only complaint was the air conditioning did not work well they tried to fix it they said but never got cold in room not a lot of sleep cause it was hot in room but we will be back next year and the staff was great

Amazing!!!
Room, Staff, Amenities, Food, Pool, Entertainment, everything is A1 and top notch!!!! The only flip side was the beach which had been hit by a storm 2 weeks prior to our stay and it got damaged. The staff did an amazing job to keep the beach operational and accessible. But overall the best Palace I've been in...

Amazing Vacation
Beautiful resort and staff are amazing. Do not like the renovation removing the private bathrooms and setting tub in the middle of the room. I will never like that remodel, but other than that, it's a beautiful resort in every way.
