The service was great for the most part. We do wish the front desk would have explained a bit more at check in. We were unaware you needed to put the card in the card holder to get power. There were little bugs all over our room on the walls, on the side tables by our beds, in the bathrooms all over the walls and sinks it was very gross. The food was very good and restaurant staff was very attentive and kind.

Paradise
We have been to a few RU, but this one was our favorite. We usually do a lot of excursions, but the place was so perfect. We just light on the beach under the palm trees all day, swam in the ocean, and hung out by the pool bar. Will come back again for sure.

Wonderful Resort
This was our first stay at an all inclusive resort. The check-in process was pretty smooth. We arrived round noon. We were allowed to check in but we had to come back to get our keys at 3:00. However, they gave us our wristbands to enjoy the resort and get something to eat. They put our bags in a holding area which was monitored by a bellman. When we returned, they gave us our keys to our room. The rooms were very clean fully stocked with beverages at no charge. I liked that the sheets and covers were white so that we could tell if everything was clean. The floors were laminate so there was no dirty carpet to worry about. There were no comforters on the bed so the night got kind of chilly. It was just a light duvet. I had a blanket with me, so I threw it on top of the bed at night. The mattress was extremely firm so if you like a soft mattress, you might not sleep as well. It felt ok to me though. I was afraid that the food would not be good because I saw videos where they said resort food was not very good. Surprisingly their food was delicious. The breakfast buffet was amazing. We actually enjoyed the dinner buffets more than the food at the restaurants, but mainly because of the selection of food and not because of the quality. The servers were absolutely amazing. We tipped them well and they took good care of us. The server, Wander, watched for us to arrive every morning for breakfast and greeted us at the door. He even decorated our table the last two mornings with fresh picked flowers. He remembered our drinks and sat us at the same table every morning. We felt very appreciated. It was like this all over the resort. I didn’t know until the last day that there was an area of shops between the two resorts. There was always so much going on that we didn’t have as much time to roam around. The day parties were very exciting and interesting. They were within walking distance on the property. They really know how to throw a party. Every night there was live entertainment on both stages on the patio. Sometimes they ran out of seating, but there was standing room. The only thing I didn’t like is there was a cat that roamed around outside on the patio. It seemed to be a pet of the property. It roamed around and people petted it. I guess it was fed somewhere. I’m afraid of cats so this made me move with caution when I was out there. There was always food available somewhere on the property. It was an awesome experience. Nice vacation service could be improved
I arrived to the hotel to check in and was told just leave my luggage to the right of the check in desk. I was not giving a luggage tag like every resort other resort I’ve been to. anyone could have taken it. Once I was checked in I went to get my luggage. The bell boy said you good. And I walked away on my own to find my room. I was not impressed the only reason I had an idea where o was going cause the man at the check in desk pointed to a hallway when I asked what part of the resort my room was in. NEVER have an ever experienced that. I was at the bar on the other side of the pool bar my first day and asked a staff member if the water was purified where you help yourself to it, and they told me the water is amazing but the cups are dirty. They are too busy to sanitize they just rinse!! WHATTT that’s absolutely disgusting. needless to say I used my yeti and reused my water bottles for drinks. Entertainment girl Lady was great met her by the pool and would always come by and say hi in the evenings Food was good Alacartes a bit strange. It was buffet for apps then you would order your main. Room was average I’ve stayed in nicer at lower grade hotels. I didn’t order room service but the menu available had little to nothing on it. There were always chairs available on the beach, BUT a lot were broken. They should be thrown out. At bit frustrating when you bring it to your spot then go to lay down and it’s broken. Loved the palm trees on the beach great for shade. No life guards never seen that before but didn’t find it an issue just strange. Tatianna would serve me every lunch at the buffet, she was a sweetheart, always greated me with a smile along with her parter who’s name I didn’t catch. Also when I went to the dinner buffet a few times I saw her not knowing she was working it and sat in her section can’t say enough good things about her. Tatianna, her partner and lady were the only two I found that acknowledged me. I was traveling alone and they were the only ones who made me feel welcome and should be acknowledged for it. Majority of the service wasn’t very good. Waiters would stand around meanwhile I’d have plates that were ready to be cleared. Over all it’s a nice resort. The grounds are nice, hotel as well.
