1st time there. Staff was great. Food was ok. Pools were amazing. The beach was beautiful. The activities were fun. The room was pretty.

Great stay, very friendly staff and entertainment
Mara, David , Alberto, Joshua, Raul in room service and all of the F&B team were Friendly. The room were nice, spacious , clean and had a great view. Nice entertainment the nights we were there.

I loved it very cool resort chain kukulcan was super nice from the front lobby to the room super clean everything was new and i felt very safe

Amazing!
The stay was simply amazing. The food was top tier with many options. The staff became family especially Alex at the front and Alexander in the buffet. The ONLY issue I experienced was because I booked through a third party which only included one person per room and we had to pay $600 for each additional person and we had three rooms and two people per room. That was a large unexpected fee.

Really Incredible Riu Palace Peninsula Vacation
We had a wonderful stay at RIU! The hotel was extremely well maintained and spacious; great balcony view of ocean plentiful pools and activities day and night. Very friendly staff, Delicious and bountiful buffet feasts!,
