Desde que llegas te atienden muy bien, me gustó mucho que mantienen sus áreas sociales muy limpias, también las habitaciones, el servicio 10/10 y la comida muy buena y variada pregunten por el mesero Benjamin en el rest. Las olas o en Steakhouse, les brindara un excelente servicio, su ambiente es más familiar, me gustó mucho las riu party's que hacen. El hotel es muy bonito, y considero que podría potencializarse aun mas con una actualización en su gama de colores y texturas en el interior y en las habitaciones. Pero sin duda regresaría a hospedarme ahí 🙌🏼

Fab hotel - great holiday
Everything was great from the food to the service. The staff were all amazing and friendly, our room was made up & kept clean every day. Loved the adult parties. Entertainment team were brilliant. Would definitely go back.

RIU Palace Peninsula
Resort was fantastic. Staff were friendly. Everything was very clean. Wonderful way of relaxing everyday by the beach or pool. Would make it a yearly vacation spot.

Great choice in Cancun
I checked in online and it made it a lot easier. The room is excellent, spacious, great bed. The view to the sea is spectacular. At some times the shower didn't warm too much. Breakfast is excellent, has a huge variety. The buffet restaurant has many options, but it's all kind of tasteless. Desserts are not delicious. The themed restaurants are excellent, especially for the Italian. The pool bar is the highlight of the hotel. The water is heated and the drinks are great. There are bathrooms near the pool and the beach. Staff service is generally very good, with a few exceptions. Gorjeta is not mandatory, but they wait, everyone gives from 1 to 2 dollars. There is a currency exchange next to the hotel, which makes it easy to pick up small dollar bills. The room card stopped working a few times. Usually after cleaning the room. It's very boring to have to go down to the reception to settle. And if there's a lot of people on check in it takes a long time to resolve. The entertainment is not the hotel’s strength, but every day there is something at night. The sauna and jacuzzi area is wonderful, need to schedule in advance. I went to see the river Cancún and found the river peninsula much better. In my opinion four days in the hotel is ideal. Anyway, it's worth it with little reservations.
