Nov 21, 2024Pacifico will exceed your expectations
Nice update, everyone was professional and aimed to make our experience a good one. Room excellent, double sinks, clean and comfortable. The bed excellent (best in Mexico), A/C worked well and quiet. Had to ask for a blanket. All al e carte restaurants good with one server at the steak house limiting my shared side to one per person (I left more hungry than I should have. Steak (small but delicious, good quality( well cooked, lobster a nice option. Good drink options and the bartenders are amazing and fast ie pool bar. Great food options, you will not be left hungry. Sports bar a great place to hang for coffee and drinks. Good wings too! You will enjoy. Stayed 11 days.

Beautiful Resort
Just home from a week's stay. Absolutely loved it. Gorgeous, impeccably maintained grounds, hotel and rooms are spotless, large bathroom, loads of hot water each morning for showering. Lovely view from our balcony. Restaurants are very good. Staff are outstanding; 10 stars for customer service. Thanks for a great stay. See you next November. : )

Highly Recommended
Loved it. A short trip 3 nights and wished we booked for a longer stay. Food and drinks were fantastic, what more do you need. Our favorite was the Krystal Restaurant. Service and food were amazing there. Room was excellent, well appointed and very comfortable. Every member of staff we encountered were on point, all are a real asset and all do a fantastic job. Nothing negative to say or report. Looking forward to coming back.

Fantastic vacation!
Where to start? Just got back from 1 week at the Palace Pacifico. It truly feels like your at a Palace as soon as you walk in. Check in was quick and we were given a glass of champagne upon arrival. The resort is very modern, beautiful and very clean. Food was great at every restaurant, service was outstanding especially on the beach, special shout-out to Jose for great service he made sure our glass was never empty. No problems finding a lounger any time on the beach. The beach was perfect, ocean was great for swimming. List is too long, from room to resort, restaurants, pools, bars, food,service, everything was perfect. Not one complaint. Been to Mexico 10 times and this resort was our first at the Riu Pacifico and certainly not the last time. Great stay. See you soon.

Amazing adults only vacation
We stayed for 9 days in November and this was easily one of our favorite vacations ever. We have travelled extensively and are usually in Cabo. We took a chance on this newly renovated RIU and we were not disappointed in the slightest. We stayed in the ocean front suite Elite club which is at the front overlooking the beach with a wraparound balcony. We loved the Elite Club and would book it every time. The Elite lounge was great, peaceful with nice couches and upgraded drinks. We played cards here most nights. The best part of the Elite club is the private cabanas on the beach with drink service. We have already booked for March and are looking at next November already. We loved that this resort was calm….. the RIU properties in Cabo are the opposite of calm. We enjoyed each night in the sports bar meeting friends and enjoying football. The room was immaculate and quiet. We slept the best we have on any vacation ever. Elite club is a must!
