We have stayed at this RIU resort 4 times. We love it here. Great rooms, staff, food, and service. We will be back.

Our fabulous holiday
We have stayed at this hotel many times and it never disappoints. The staff are friendly and helpful, and all done with a smile on their face. The entertainment is excellent and the dj and the end of the night good, but a little less Spanish music, and a bit more modern tunes. I noticed a lot more people got up and danced to this cos we ain't all got the Spanish rhythm!

I am coming back
The bed is comfy, the beach is beautiful, the food is great … love this adults only hotel.. don’t expect party place.. mostly 40+ . Came here with a few friends and was very happy with all. As in most resorts, a little damp! But in all, the best ever

Mixed thoughts Expected to get an Elite room as requested , through being a Gold member , confirmed by email , on arrival were denied. Ok move on to the hotel. Reception checking in , apart from room denied , it was quick and easy as we did online check in, staff were great and very polite. The room , clean and kept clean , very happy with our housekeeper , credit to her . Fridge filled daily. Easy access , my wife has some mobility issues, room in a good easy access area. Pool area , well laid out , but small area and a little cramped , plenty of beds. Beach area , has lots of beds within the trees which I think was very nice , beach clean and not cramped. Food , for us personally, not the best , tried the main restraint a few times both breakfast and evening , we feel the food was never really hot , sometimes not cooked through , Pepes pool bar was the same , but we do not condemn the food , it was just not the best. Overall , we did enjoy the holiday. The hotel is a nice hotel , RIU group are very good , we have 2 more holidays booked June and September this year. Would I reccomend this hotel YES . It is not a horrible hotel , for us it was not quiet as good as expected in some areas. Go back NO

I was one of a family group of four adults. We holiday together every year and always book as a group of 4. On checking in we were given rooms on two different floors, when we requested being in adjacent rooms we were told there were no more ready yet. On booking we requested a high floor so when we queried why we were on different floors we were told we requested high floors and it was “only a request”. She was not a very pleasant person at all. The rest of the staff were absolutely lovely, they could not do enough for you. The food was good and the entertainment team were amazing, they were always fun and very polite, as were the bar staff and cleaning staff. Hotel was extremely clean. One we found was there was no where to shop, there was a gift shop on site but it was extortionately expensive, $10 for a tube of Pringles, there were no local shops, it is well out of the way. We were a bit put off the first 2 or 3 nights, there was a large group sitting by us and three or four of this group got up and stood very close behind us smoking weed, it was disgusting, the smell was dreadful, this did spoil our evenings for those few days.
