Wonderful adults only resort. Specialty restaurants were great. Service was also great. Antonio at the door of the Krystal restaurant was especially good. Very friendly every time he was encountered. Also, Emmanuel one of the waiters by the pool was excellent with his service. The resort was very clean and service was great. Food at the buffet could've been hotter but the deserts were super.

We had an amazing time at the RIU hotel everyone was so friendly and very helpful ! The food was so delicious and so many options to choose from. The events were so fun and we like how everyone is involved . It’s a beautiful place and will definitely be coming back !

A little piece of paradise
I can't say enough about this resort. It was beautiful, clean, staff was very friendly and always there to help. No complaints except for the wind and not being about go in the water due to under current. BUT enjoyed the beach, pools, unending food and drink. Wonderful vacation!

Great food , drinks and fun!
Everything was great but don’t understand why they have an elite level at the Palace, seems like a better fit for the regular Riu. Also on non party nights , they should have more music til at least 11 or midnight.

First stay at RIU Kukulkan
We stayed at the RIU Kukulkan from Jan 23, 2025 - Feb 1, 2025. We had a great time. The resort/hotel is beautiful. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I have to give major kudos to the entertainment team. They all worked so hard, from sun up until late at night. Cesar from the entertainment team was awesome as was Marisela at Capuchino. The beach was beautiful and the water was clear and blue. Overall it was a great experience.
