We stayed in April 25 for a family holiday. We had a very warm welcome from the reception staff (and a glass of champagne!), the rooms are very spacious and modern. The staff in the restaurant were so friendly and with a superb selection of food you could not go hungry. We will definitely be visiting again.

Very nice hotel, good food and good service... We cannot complain there. Only the way to get to the beach was super confusing! Like a labyrinth.

Fabulous hotel and resort
Said this many times and will repeat it. RIU Palace Jandia is a fabulous hotel with great staff and a perfect setting. Staff and management are welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Location is great and Morre Able & Jandia are superb.

On the beach, good cuisine, good relaxation
The complex is extensive but is located directly on the seafront. The location of the rooms runs along the hill - so climbing stairs is mandatory. The rooms are spacious with the corresponding features including safe, Wi-Fi or fridge. The food is - as always - excellent: fresh, varied and delicious. The pool is windproof and not too big. The gym is unfortunately a bit compact, but is located directly by the pool.

Perfect location on the beautiful sea
Great location right on the improbably long and wide sandy beach. You can take the elevator down to the boardwalk. Room and bathroom very large, facility very clean everywhere. Pool warm in the morning for swimming, with few other guests. Gym too small for hotel size, simply equipped. Evening music program, which unfortunately does not correspond to the 5 stars. The buffet in the evening is varied with fish and meat, even in the morning most of it is fresh, delicious and certainly also suitable for vegetarians. The separate small restaurant doesn't keep what it promises; here again, only 3 stars. The staff is very friendly throughout the house. Nevertheless, the rating is only 4 stars compared to other hotels.
