Overall, very clean and professional resort. The beach was very nice. All the staff were very friendly and on point. Housekeeping was great. The Japanese and Italian restaurants were my favorite. The layout of the resort was very convenient. And the shows were amazing. The best bartender, hands down, was Andrey! The guy was very friendly and remembered us after our first night. He was mostly at the bar next to the entertainment stage. We will be coming back to this place for sure.

Fantastic Stay
The resort is beautiful, The food is fantastic and the beach is incredible. I would definitely recommend staying here. The staff is so friendly and welcoming.

Definitely Recommend
The Riu Palace was a wonderful all-inclusive resort for our family holiday. Great facilities and loads of fun for all. We enjoyed everything from the water slides, pools, food, evening entertainment and beautiful white sand beaches.

Best service in Mexico at the Tequila Bar!!
Stayed in late March, was referred by a travel agent. This is the fourth all inclusive I have been to, Moon Palace, Barcelo Palace and another in Puerto Morales. By far the best beach at this resort. Resort was super clean and staff are awesome and hard working. Have to put a shout out for Miguel and Ernest at the Tequila Bar. Miguel took the time to ask our names and would remember us each day, he was the best!! Dining is the same, all is great for a couple days, then you just get tired of the same old. I liked the ala carte restaurant system, no reservations but never a long wait for us. Italian and Japanese were very good. Mexican restaurant was so loud in there couldn’t wait to leave.

thanks for everything
I just returned from Riu Palace Costa Mujeres. Everything was good. Food, entertainment and beach. I'd like to thanks a lot a manager of hotel Marimar Luna. She is amazing person and she was so supported us for difficult time there. My husband was so sick and without her support we can not survive. Rest personal was so kindly too and help us a lot.
