    Great time

    The hospitality was great. The staff were nice and helpful. The activities and restaurants were awesome. And the pools and beach were amazing.

    Rui Palace in November 2024

    We stayed at Rui Palace and loved it. First time in Cabo and resort was great. Staff very helpful. Housecleaning was great and loved the animal towels on bed everyday (we tipped them daily). Food was good but not outstanding. We enjoyed steakhouse and buffet the most. Lived the bars and coffee shop too. Would definitely go back.

    Great location

    It was close to all of our execution locations. The pink party was my fave and the most lit. I would recommend this resort or any of the sister resorts that are connected.

    The best Riu ever

    The friendliest, the service, the attention, the entertainment group OUTSTANDING.. we love ❤️ every minute of it. We wanted to stay longer but it’s was fully booked. Next year we’ll have to come back and stay for 15 days. Wife and I were there celebrating our 25th anniversary and we really enjoyed it. Sebastian (entertainment group) Gary, Gustavo, Eduardo at the pool side were awesome. Bartender at the theatre outstanding. Buffet servers and cooks always attentive and friendly. All the restaurants fabulous. All the parties at Santa Fe. Phenomenal you guys really know how to take care of your guests. Thank you so much

    Beautiful property

    The place was beautiful and the rooms very very clean. The food was excellent with many kinds of fresh fish. Super nice people.Exceeded our expectation.
