Feb 20, 2025A wonderful Stay at the RIU Palace in Los Cabos
The atmosphere of the resort is amazing. Resort staff were very friendly and helpful. The A la carte restaurants and buffet food was very good. Our room was well maintained on a daily basis and the RIU app was very helpful in looking at the menu's for the a la carte restaurants, daily events and reaching resort staff (i.e. housekeeping, etc.) for assistance. Overall, a very enjoyable experience!

This place is amazing!
We went Feb 6-13 2025 for a 50th bday party. The staff is incredible. The food was great. The entertainment was amazing. The whole atmosphere was welcoming and friendly. We had an amazing time in Los Cabos. The only thing, our room had a weird smell some days but we really only slept and changed our clothes so it was tolerable.

Phenominal experience! best All inclusive we have ever stayed at.
This is the second time we chose a Riu All Inclusive, and it was the best! The staff was exceptional, all of them! Attentive, friendly, helpful, and so kind! They worked hard to ensure every guest was attended to, and always with a smile. Seemed very obvious that they liked their work, that they supported each other, and they kept their standards high. This is a newer Riu, and the room was very comfortable and clean. We spent our first days getting familiar with the resort, and relaxing in the sun while enjoying refreshments. The food was First Class, so many choices, including buffets and several restaurants. Two excursions were planned by us- via Amstar a Sunset Sail, and a Whale-watching tour. Hoping to see several whales. Both trips were so worth the extra expense! Whales were active and heading to Baja adult whales with their calfs alongside. Amazing!
