I love just about everything about this resort. My only complaint is the drinks did not taste good. Nacho was the only bartender that made good drinks. Overall the service was excellent. I will definitely go back.

Thought it would be a nice place at $1500, but all we got greeted with was horrible service and mean attitude from the employees. We were gouged by the employees on site getting a taxi (told us $20 ended up being $100) and when I brought it up to the manager she said “it’s Mexico that’s how it is.” I have stayed at multiple luxury resorts and never experienced this so I know that’s not true. Ended up cancelling our reservation and going to Breathless, completely different experience. Avoid this resort at all costs.

This was our first visit to Cabo San Lucas and we thoroughly enjoyed our trip & our experience at Riu Palace Baja! The resort itself was very clean and we found the staff very attentive and helpful. It is a more condensed resort where everything is very manageable in walking distance, you have access to the Santa Fe next door which is much larger if you want to explore. The food was good, the only breakfast option is the buffet and the food was fresh with most stations having someone cooking actively, for lunch the buffet was the same situation and there was also a taco stand available by the pool. The rooms were very nice and well kept by the attendants, my only complaint was the bed was relatively uncomfortable.
