    INCREDIBLE PARADISE

Where to begin…this resort and country is like being in a different world!!!! I have never experienced such amazing service anywhere that I have traveled!! The resort is safe, clean, very friendly staff! Food was incredible!!! Lots of variety! Going in March is supposedly the best time to go since there is a constant breeze and humidity is hardly felt! Very very highly recommend Riu Palace!!!

Other than getting ROBBED at the RIU PALACE we still had a good time in Aruba

I just returned from my stay at the RIU Palace Aruba 3-24-25. This would be my 4th stay. My husband and I have been going to Aruba every year sometimes twice a year since 2011. The RIU was the first place we stayed and it was always a fantastic time. This year I celebrated my 50th Birthday in Aruba and I chose the RIU palace because I felt like this would be the best introductory Resort in Aruba for first timers. I brought 17 guest with me to the resort. 3 of my guest were robbed . Someone that worked at the hotel Used their swipe to get into their room and ransacked it, went through drawers, luggage , make up bags …. Everything and took all of their money EVERY DOLLAR….I get it, it’s spring break everybody is kinda having a ball (which makes tourist vulnerable ). We all went on a party bus that night, that was their first night. The party bus was 4 hours long and they watched them get on that bus. The hotel Did absolutely nothing but call the police and protect the employee whose key card was used. They were set up by the employees in the hotel And guess what they were given 1 key for 3 people in a room. The supervisors were saying something like o well it should’ve been in the safe. They didn’t offer my family nothing, not a massage not a better room not an excursion ….NOTHING….the thieves took almost 2 Grand . I kinda feel like it’s a theft ring and others are in on it . They were on the 10th floor and also I’m hearing there is always incidents like this one the higher floors. For me it’s not about what happened, it’s about how the Hotel leadership handles what happened and how it was handled was unacceptable period

    Aruba Riu Palace

This was my first time visiting Aruba and staying at a Riu hotel. I enjoyed every part of it. The buffet breakfast was delicious

    Not a great experience.

We were put in a room right next to a construction site. Our room was not cleaned for 2 days in a row. Our air conditioning was stuck on 25 c. We had different people try to fix it on 4 different days. No luck. They finally moved us to an upgraded room but it was next to the Rio Stage where there is loud music and shows every night until 11pm. I will say the food is excellent. If you want to sit on the beach, you need to mark a chair by 6 or 7 am. We are still here for 2 more days so fingers crossed.
